Location, space, swimming pools.

There were some piping work in progress during our stay. But that’s just a bit unfortunate. Still the work needs to get done. It just happened during our stay.

Good location for overnight transit in Bali

Tired and run down. Staff are very friendly but lack training.

Forgot to pick up my children & I from airport at midnight, waited around for 45mins, ended up irganising taxi. Not great start as main reason I booked was due to airport shuttle and proximity to airport.

The facilities was in a good condition. We selected the bungalow with sea side view, in front of the of the pool. Breakfast was wood, nothing special but they have enough variety of food available. Location is a 5 minutes from the airport. Close but you don’t ear the airplanes.

They are in front of the beach, but is not totally clean, they should take care of that.

Unresponsive service by staff..balcony door was faulty and had to call 3 times before some one came…called for help as could not find charging point, no one came. Messaged property a few times and no reply. Breakfast spread does not meet the stds of what ther charge for the villa.

High price and pay at location, conversion rates didn't work in favour. Room had mouldy food left in fridge. Room wasn't what was booked, different facilities.

The pool area is amazing, Suryawan who attended us was also amazing host.

The rooms look amazing at the pictures, but when you arrive they are very old, not matching the pictures expectation of refinement.

Property is conveniently located next to the airport and reletively close distance to Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu. We were staying in executive villa which is very spacious. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

So first , when we arrived at villa we stayed in, executive villa, it felt as if we are staying in the middle of the gulf club, no greenery what so ever compared to pictures posted in booking. it was so misleading and we were frustrated. we mentioned the same to management and showed that this is not what we booked as per booking - no action was taken and we were informed this is the only executive villa and nothing can be done. After we had a stroll around hotel territory we realized that those pictures with greenery were taken from honey moon villas. Second, hotel is super outdated, its falling apart and need major renovation, upon check in our sink was clogged and light bulbs were not working, it was fixed but at the end of the trip both sinks got clogged. Gym was not working as it was under renovation. Toiletries were not provided unless we request and follow up. Breakfast is so poor in selection mainly its fried stuff and replenishments of breakfast items was barely done. We paid much cheaper price in Ubud and hotel was twice of a better quality than this one, we regretted we booked it , it is so not worth the price we paid.

A/C broke but they got it fixed

Almost everything! Very accessible to the airport and the food is lovely (esp. the romantic dinner). All the staff are awesome and would like to special mention the pool king - Mr. Handsome. He’s so friendly and funny. They should give him a raise and/or award haha

Facilities are a little bit outdated but very negligible w/ our wonderful stay the entire time. We don’t even want to go outside the property hehe
