Location right on the beach! Swimming with turtles. Friendly and attentive staff.

The beach, the food, service, the environment

The only drawback to this accommodation is the shower pressure. It was very difficult to wash properly, especially at the end of the day with the sand. Please, you need to improve this. Other than that, everything was very good, thank you.

The location is awesome. On the edge of the action but not right in the middle of it. The property was very quiet and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast choices were good. We would definitely stay again.

The room, although large, was very dark. The bed was very hard and due to the bed design it was very noisy when rolling over. Ear plugs very helpful.

The room was spacious but maybe to much , it feels a bit cold inside with the lack of decoration and furniture...

This hotel was a huge disappointment, First, the staff was not invested at all, the guy of the reception was sleeping when I arrived and did not explain anything, and when I try to ask him question, he behave like he was bothered. Second, they don't mention you have a busy road between the pool and the beach , it s not peaceful with all the people passing àd the beach in front is polluted and full of boat, really not nice. Third, the breakfast was shoking, the food was not fresh, even the fruits, and when I asked for a lime juice the said it was syrup. I did not take the next days. It's a shame to make pay so expensive for this kind of service, this hotel should be classified low range with cheap price.

Fabulous sized rooms in a small quiet private property. Fabulous sized pool. Great breaky. Great staff. Opposite beach and you can swim to see turtles within minutes directly from shore! Central location yet away from night life. Awesome hotel very very highly recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is in a great location. It is walkable to the port and all the restaurants but is not too close to the noise and the hustle and bustle. If you’ve got luggage you’ll probably want to get a horse and cart to the hotel from the port (about IDR 150k). The hotel is in the best part of the island for snorkelling. There are loads of places to hire snorkelling equipment just outside the hotel and you can see lots from the beach in front of the hotel including lots of turtles. The other side of the island is great for sunset but the sea is rougher and not as good for snorkelling. Make sure you hire a bike! The hotel rooms are very big and clean and comfortable. The pool is great too and the breakfast was good (not buffet, but good choice).

The staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. They were asleep or on their mobile on the front desk. They couldn’t help with recommendations or equipment hire / tours etc but there are plenty of places outside the hotel that provide this. There are too many cats at the hotel. I like cats but we had one outside our room that whined all night and others that fought at breakfast.

Beautiful gardens, friendly, lovely staff, right on the beach and fantastic pool. You could snorkel straight across from the hotel with turtles and beautiful fish.

Stuff was very kind. Hotel was directly on the beach with nice pool. Good breakfast and all was very clean.
