The property is a little green oasis in the middle of Ubud. Lovely accommodation. Great view over garden and pool. Lovely shower . Comfortable bed . Friendly staff .

Roads around Ubud in general need fixing. Access to property on foot was fine. Navigating the road / motor bikes and being on foot was tricky at times.

Easy walk to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. A stay here just made our holiday life very easy! We stayed in the lovely little private villa . Quiet and quaint . U wouldn’t know u were in middle of Ubud.

We were a family of 5 so had w rooms beside each which worked well. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect as we could walk to lots of nearby attractions.

The path to the hotel is a bit messy (construction dirt)

The internet did not work at all (we had SIM cards so it wasn’t a problem but if you don’t have, this is frustrating). The bathroom was very worn out (especially the bathtub) and there were no hanging options for the towels. There were also no hand towels.

Super helpful and friendly staff ( helped us with bike rental and laundry as well as tips of what to do around), at a very good location 10 min walking from the Main Street in Ubud. Very calm location away from traffic and noise but close to many options of restaurants.

My partner, into her Manchester would have liked some newer towels. I'm sure you won't find that in multiple reviews.

My partner and I stayed in a spacious suite with large balcony overlooking pool and river, separate lounge and bathing areas. The food and service is fantastic. I'm a return customer 😉

The linen (bedding and towels) were starting to show their age with wear and tear so could do with replacing.

Great location, clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Lovely view out over the balcony of the bush/forrest which was relaxing, especially when the rain storms came through.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be the access to the hotel—the alley leading in is a bit narrow and may be tricky for larger vehicles.

The staff truly made this stay exceptional—even continuing to help us after we had already checked out. A special mention to Purya, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. The room was spacious, clean, and very peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay. I also really appreciated the bathroom design with natural rock elements, which added a nice touch of character. Overall, a great experience made even better by such a thoughtful and dedicated team.

Comfortable air-conditioned room with a nice garden view. Lovely swimming pool. The choice of breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was responsive. Room was comfortable. Hotel was close to everything but down a long walking path so it was quiet. Bfast was freshly made and good. Quiet pretty pool. Small- only 10 rooms.( which to us was a positive) Would recommend it to anyone staying in Ubud.
