Slightly out of the bustle so had to bluebird everywhere but didn't really mind.

-(minor) but as other reviews mentioned, theres one room which is out of place and had no quick access to a toilet unless the person passes through another bedroom or go down the kitchen then go to the living room (main) stairs to go to the second floor living room -some beds were uncomfy, felt overused and needs to be replaced -the dining table and chairs is not enough for more than 8 groups -not all tvs were smart tvs

-Staff were accommodating and responsive -the villa has a lot of space, good for big groups we were a group of 10 -we were able to save money by cooking using the kitchen (they had the basic kitchen utensils) -location is near the airport (10 via grab at 6am) - near grocery for a quick shopping trip of the kitche. and multiple dining establishments if you too lazy to cook -towels (beach and normal) were provided - we forgot that the sockets we have are not the same as bali, so was happy that the villa had enough universal adapters provided that 10 people can have onw

The villa was not clean. We had to sweep and mop the floor ourselves. Bed was itchy and the toilet shower head had either super hot water or not enough water coming at all. The cutleries/ bowl/ utensils were not clean, we dared not use it. The kettle was rusty and had residue left on even after boiling water. We asked for a baby cot. They took the mattress of the baby cot from a store which was so dirty. We dared not let baby sleep on it. Breakfast by chef in the morning (which is not their staff), he was friendly but breakfast was so so for the price paid.

Villa was huge and they had 6 bedrooms and a pool. The staff were friendly and even went to buy a baby chair as we requested for one prior to the stay. The pool guy came to check the pool for maintenance daily.

One of the bedrooms was in a really inconvenient place with awkward access to the bathroom facilities. Perhaps they could look at putting a bathroom near that room to make it more comfortable. Kitchen could also be a little cleaner.

The private pool was so good!! Also super spacious inside and great for a big group. The complex was also quiet. Great location in Kuta, enjoyed exploring the small alleyways on the 10 min walk to discovery shopping centre in Kuta. some good cafes nearby too. Convenience store across the road.

The bathrooms did not having exhaust and we thought there was some smell which was bothering us. Also the kitchen needs renovation and the many bowls and dishes are chipped they need to be replaced.

The property is huge and we enjoyed our stay.L, the swimming pool. Worth for a big group.

With 10 people staying in the villa, a bigger fridge could of been handy. The lounge chairs were not that comfortable but now I’m just scratching at things to say.

Breakfast was great having a chef come in everyday. Location was a short walk to Main Street to catch a taxi. The beds were super comfortable.

Nothing really, I will have to nit pick to think of simething. Maybe that there was no extraction fans in thr bathrooms and that one of the rooms was a little damp and smelled damp. But im nit picking…the experience was still amazing!! For our first trip to Bali, Villa Tiah was a great first port 😁

We liked that as a large whānau we had our space abd privacy and we were all abke to be together. It was an ideal spot for our whānau, enough rooms and bathrooms for all, thank u 😁

The villa is very cozy and absolutely stunning. The position is perfect to visit around , during nights is very quiet perfect also to relax . The staff was very helpful and accommodated all our requests. I recommend everyone to stay at this property.

Our bedroom door wouldn't stay closed unless we locked it, a little annoying but not a deal breaker!

The place was beautiful, big and clean. The staff were friendly and easy to get in contact with. Our bedroom door handle came off as soon as we closed the door, and the cleaner came and fixed it straight away for us. The private pool was so beautiful, we spent so much time in it. There were lots of great places to eat near by and easy to catch a grab to take us to further places. If we go back with a big group we will stay there again!

One bedroom was not very safe to access, most beds didn’t have a top sheet, lounges not comfortable, some of the line. Was stained, no dishwasher as advertised. Lots of trip hazards inside. Crockery and cutlery wasn’t very clean.

There was nothing we didn't like we enjoyed our stay and we plan to stay in Villa Tiah again in the future.

The villa was very tidy and clean, pool was in good condition. The staff were very helpful and kept the villa clean and tidy during our stay.
