We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MoroccoThe tours offered by the villa—we tried one, and it was dangerous due to the boat chosen by the villa. There were waves, and the boat was small and traditional. We couldn’t even complete the return trip on the boat, even though the price was quite high.
The villa is magnificent, very clean, the staff is incredibly kind and lovely, the breakfast is delicious, and the pool is beautiful!

MaltaOn arrival we have asked for the pool to be cleaned as it was green and this was resolved on our last day after 4 days as no staff were present to clean. Towels were also found stained and bed sheets too, which we have asked to replace. Floor tiles are stained and hot water kettles full of scale which was hard for us to get a cup of coffee. Washing machine was available on site but seeing the cleanliness of the place we decided to get and external laundry services. The place was not ready to recieve guests on our arrival.
The villa was nice with good potential and photographic views. Breakfast was good.
