Nothing to dislike - it's Bali on the beach.

This is a lovely block of what I think is four units - with two at the front and two at the rear. We were in one of the rear (if you can get a front one go for it they have an outside lounge area). We really liked the privacy and the comfy beds. The bathroom is big. The place has a nice relaxed beach feel. It's nicer than the photos. You can walk out right on to the beach and there are bars and restaurants galore. We hired scooters which meant that it was easy to go out and explore.

Bathroom no so clean as per villa photos and general condition of villa little run down. Had to clean air-conditioner filter as blocked up.

I found the room to be average, the bedding was uncomfortable, stained, worn sheets and had to request shower gel and face towels. I thought that was pretty slack for the high price we paid. Overall still a great experience

Location was the best ! Walking out onto.sand from your front door is something special. If you are looking for a relaxing time without having to venture far, this is the place to be. Staff were not present the whole time but contactable on what's app and responded promptly

This place was more expensive than surrounding options but we loved that it was small (only 4 rooms) and super quiet.

This was lovely beach shack right on the beach. Comfortable beds! Plenty of water provided. Hot showers. Mamma Acha can arrange anything for your stay. We went fishing and she arranged for our fish to be cooked for lunch. We went snorkeling and surfing too directly from the villa beach out front. There are good food options all along the beach for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Exactly as represented in the pics. We had a great stay.

Great location, super friendly staff! Air-conditioning keeps things cool when you need a reprieve from the outside heat! Filtered water also provided. Staff are very responsive and happy to help.

The location is perfect. Right on the beach and near restaurants. Having water shoes to borrow to navigate the coral in the water was a lovely touch.

If you're looking for a private space right on the beach, then Villa Pasir would be an excellent option. Our villa came with its own private living space, kitchenette and deck chairs right on the sand. The villa itself was incredibly spacious and well furnished - the bed was comfortable, there were multiple seating options we could use throughout the day and the interiors felt rustic and traditional. The bathroom was equally as spacious and well maintained. This is a mostly self-contained villa in that there are little amenities although not needed. Some drinks were available from our fridge at a cost (these were not replenished), and some complimentary fresh fruit was provided each day. Our room was tidied each day and any linen/towels were re-used unless requested otherwise. There were plenty of food and drinks options available close by along the beach itself, and any further shopping was only a short walk away. The staff managing the Villa were excellent - we were met on arrival and all key information was communicated to us. They also organised a snorkeling tour for us which was excellent, and had surf boards/paddle boards available for us to use during our stay which was FOC. Would recommend!

We liked everything

The property is on the beach, you cannot get a better spot than this - Amazing! Also very easy to book a massage and have it on the spot with the sound of the waves THE BEST! Next door is a beach club, they are happy to deliver cocktails too. The room and bathroom were super clean. Also daily servicing of the room and kitchen. Upon arrival Mama Asha greeted us and showed us around. She was very welcoming. A lot of things were included with the villa such as kayak, surf boards, water etc. The lovely owner Bibish also bought some beach toys once she saw that we had little kids. We couldn’t fault this stay and will definitely be back!

Our air conditioner wasn't working very well on the first 2 nights of our stay and it was dripping on my bed sometimes on my face. Those first two nights were very hot but then for some reason it started working and then it was almost too cold. When I booked I was under the impression you could use the pool next door which was the case but you had to eat from the restaurant in order to do so.

The villa was very quite and the location was excellent - right on the beach. They had the best towels we've experienced and the aesthetic of the place was very rustic. Great place to bring the kids.

not much shade so it was hard to take advantage of the beach in the afternoon. bathroom was raw cement on floors and walls. Limited hot water.

WiFi was not working in the room. we were told the router was broken and it was never repaired until we were there. the beach just in front of the villa is not cleaned everyday is for other places so it may get a bit more dirty with all the plastics brought from the ocean at nights.

The water pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired. If it is not possible to improve the water pressure, it would be nice to have a flexible hose.

Great location right on the beach, perfect for relax and chill and very handy for arranging all the island activities and a surfing spot just in front. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We will definitely come back.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The location was perfect, could not have been better. Santi was amazing and worked very hard to make sure all guests felt welcome. Great spot for swimming, surfing, snorkelling with restaurants offering pools and beachfront dining just steps away.

Beach/Water was a big disappointment. Very corse sand and unswimmable water due to rocks and coral. Bring reef or water shoes.

Place was fantastic. Shanti, our host that ran the property was amazing. She went above and beyond and assisted us with all our accommodations.
