10 minutes by car from Ubud center, but far by walk. Room was delightful and clean with a large bathtub and a shower. Breakfast was good and complete. Swimming pool seemed clean with sunbeds and a shower near it.

Pool is amazing for taking good pictures . Our flat was very spacious. Overall cleanless is good but there are a few spots left without cleaning like the curtain on bathroom window. Breakfast has many varieties and we tried american option it was very good. Restaurant has rice field view.

Breakfast was great however I felt sometimes it was too much, as there wasn't a proper option for a la carte, it was mostly 'set menu' breakfasts which included some sort of french toast or pastry to start followed by cooked items - so if you don't want a heavy breakfast, it seems like a lot of food, but completely our own preference & opinion. Area to get to the hotel is odd as it is down a dirt track so quite hard at night to locate for taxis etc.

Enjoyed our stay overall. Staff were very attentive and pleasant throughout the stay, they couldn't do enough for you whether it was help to find a taxi, laundry, booking spa massage, charge your phone - nothing was a hard task for them. Rooms were large, clean & comfortable with a balcony as well as a spacious & tidy bathroom. Couldn't fault housekeeping.

With the amount of rain, we had a lot of mosquitoes in the living space as it was so open

Your premise is clean. Only two things come to my mind, both for bathrooms. First - have exhaust fan in your bathrooms. And, install proper lights as it seems little darker inside.

Ambience, facilities provided are really good. I enjoyed various options for breakfast. Although portion size can be improved - but overall satisfied. Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful villa, right in the middle of rice fields. Beautiful views of the rice fields from the restaurants and our villa. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Quick to respond to our requests/queries. Offered us complimentary Balinese massage and was very accomodating to our dietary requirements.

The breakfast menu included in the room is not à la carte. The road to the villas is also not paved, so it's a bit of a bumpy ride.

The food and coffee are very good, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool is small but functional, and the gardens are very pretty. It's a very quiet location, so there is no noise from taxis or bars.

We stayed here for almost 4 weeks Friendly staff helped with all the requests, breakfasts were delicious and pool and property well maintained. Absolutely amazing stay! The Internet was also good enough to work.(Maybe one day I struggled and had to connect to mobile)

The location is quite close with the Ubud center, about 10 minutes car drive; so it's not that far while the area still give the great Ubud - rice paddies vibes. The pool was nice and the restaurant provides good and cheap food. Staff were really nice, feels like home! This is our 2nd time staying in this place and we will come again for sure!

We stayed at a two bedroom villa with a private pool and wherever the shower on the first floor was used it leaked water into the ground floor bathroom which was build directly underneath the first floor bathroom. It was a bit of a nuisance. Further, there are no restaurants nearby so you have to rely on the restaurant in the hotel which was fine but if you’re there for longer may be you’d like to have some variety.

I loved the staff. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Staff were extremly helpful and the meals onsite were delicious. Tours booked through the front desk were very flexible and well priced. Our driver Mudita was fluent in English and very easy to get along with.

Bed sheets smelt damp would be the only picky thing

Beautiful place! We loved our stay here. The staff are super kind. They also went out of their way to decorate our room for our honeymoon which was so kind. If you want to get your nails done Yanik is incredible! She did the prettiest lil hearts on my nails to carefully. Definitely use her, rather than going into town!

It seems to be too far from places that we needed to visit, roads were narrow and traffic was bad.

Staff is excellent, attentive and very hospitable. The 2 bedroom villa had everything that we needed, the beds were comfortable. Food is tasty and there are many choices.
