I can’t recommend this place enough. The photos don’t do it justice. Every bedroom is spacious and has its own ensuite, and the pool area is perfect. It provides shaded areas due to large umbrellas but the sun is there all day if you want it. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the fresh flower arrangements to thoughtful extras like bottled water, bug spray, and power adaptors. It’s honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed. The location is ideal too as it is right in the heart of Seminyak, close to great bars and restaurants. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

Location is excellent if you want quick access to Seminyak, just off the main street. Staff were excellent and very responsive to any requests. Very relaxing villa and pool.

The property looks exactly like the picture. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient. The staff was nice and helpful in arranging the transportation for us.

The villa was amazing..the best I have ever stayed in Bali and I travel Bali all the time ..the villa is top notch staff Wonderful ,owner really awesome,this villa really complimented end of my trip ..the detail gone into presentation of this villa has been cleverly designed.. absolutely first class accommodation!!

Amazing Villa, had everything we needed, the design of it is just incredible as well. The location is perfect next to the Main Street and 12 minutes walking to the beach. Also the host was very helpful and let us stay longer on the last day past our check out time as our flight was in the afternoon. We will definitely be back and recommending to everybody going to Bali! Thanks so much

This is one of the best villa i have stayed, clean and nice architecture, most facilities available, except washing machine, pool is great with warm water, garden brings nature into home, the toilets are huge and beautiful

Just wish it had some small things like coffee and milk provided. Also the drinking water filter ran out on the first day and no one serviced it.

Villa Loba was a beautiful sanctuary in busy Seminyak. It is conveniently located with easy access to everything you need. The villa has everything you need for the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. The rooms were large, and the gardens and pool area were just lovely and serene. The photos are great, but they really don't do justice to the size and beauty of this property. The staff were super attentive and addressed our queries very promptly. Our adult children and us had the most wonderful stay here and have made lifetime memories. Would love to stay here again.

There were no dislikes about this property. If I had to give any feedback to our host enhance the villa even more, it would be for a larger rubbish bin in the kitchen area, and a small bin in each bedroom, but that’s being extremely trivial. We will definitely be returning to this villa when we next visit Bali.

Big Pool and yard area to relax and chill in. Great amount of sun v shade to enjoy. Good amount of deck chairs. Hot/Cool/Cold on water on tap in the kitchen. Multi keys to allow our group to break off as needed. Coffee machine was a bonus too! Friendly accommodating staff/ Host. Massive bedroom/bathrooms. Room for everyone to have their own space as needed. Air Cons in each room. Open living area was novel, and we enjoyed watching the local geckos and squirrel running around in the trees. So cute. Excellent location close to Legian and Kuta. Nothing to not like about this villa. I usually like to book accommodation with a cancellation policy, but I’m super happy I just booked this one. It was a favourite for everyone, if the 3 we stayed in. Paradise 😍

We had a 9 day stay a Villa Loba it was amazing the Villa itself was true to the photos and a pleasure to stay in. Javier was accessible at all times to any needs we required. The Villa was clean and serviced regularly the staff especially Ilu ⭐️ and Nurrah ⭐️ we delightful and very attentive, happily tending to all our needs going above and beyond our expectations. Our only wish is we could have stayed longer. The Villa itself is located in a great area very close to and within walking distance to supermarket, money changer, spa’s and Seminyak’s famous Eat Street. Thank you all for making our stay very memorable we would come back in a heartbeat.

Mosquitos, but they prepared everything in the villa.

Javier and staff are very friendly and reacted fast to messages. The villa is pretty, facilities are excellent, location is close to everywhere and easy to get Grab.

Some small rats are coming over the wall from outside . Despite the equipment for keep them at distance , they come. But one can see them as pets.

The owner waited us with the keys and when we entered the house everything was exactly like in photos. Nice decorated rooms, big bathroom, kitchen outside equiped with everything , also with cofee and water. Nice pool , a relaxation zone... What more do you need for getting a good vibe . !!! Also they come at a 2 days time to clean, change sheets , clean the garden, the pool...very nice and professional.

The property would benefit from cushions on the pool lounges, and the door to the bedroom closest to the pool could not be properly secured. It needs maintenance.

Honestly nothing - it was just superb

This is a classy rockstar villa! 3 huge double bedrooms all with ensuites suited us well as we were travelling with our 2 teenage children. We loved coming back from a busy day to our well appointed and stylish villa. Close to everything but tucked away in a quiet lane. We would love to come back - in the end it felt like home.
