The bathroom fittings are tired. The tiles, porcelain and chrome are deeply corroded from harsh chemicals. The bathroom drain had a noticeable odour, presumably a result of the same corrosion as the rest of the plumbing. The guest toilet did not flush reliably despite being attended to by staff more than once. There is a leaking crack in the bath. These are NOT deal breakers by any means but it's a maintenance issue that needs attention. Also, there is no safe in the main room, and there really needs to be one.

The huge villa is great value for money in terms of size and facilities. The furnishings are lovely and the pool is exquisite. It was really easy to get food delivered or book a bike ride on Grab from this location. The staff were attentive and helpful, and contacted me to arrange cleaning every day. There also is a supermarket nearby, a short (but slightly dangerous walk) on the busy road.

The property was perfect, however we found it a bit dangerous waking out of the Villa so we got a grab taxi whenever going out. The traffic was horrendous, lack of pavements, holes and trip hazards in the pavements that were there. The state should really do something about this. A car nearly ran into us as we walked back from a local beach club. That was the last time we walked in that area! Very unsafe.

The villa was wonderful, we had a lovely time here in March 2025. We were 4 adults (2 couples). The villa was very comfortable, the lounge area with air-con was welcomed. The bedrooms were huge, beds were comfortable (firm but apparently this is thing in Bali). There was plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and water provided with a water cooler which also did boiling water (so no need to rush to get water on your way from the airport). The pool was lovely and a nice place to sit out. The Manager, Ketut, was wonderful, all the staff were very nice, Ketut couldn’t do enough for us. We had some washing done, massages organised and he took us out on a couple of day trips which was great. All extra charges but very reasonable. It was also very useful to be able to be dropped off in the local area at no additional charges. I would highly recommend staying in this Villa if you are looking at this area.

The villa is gorgeous and in the perfect location to walk to the beach or local bars. It's a really private and quiet spot. Ketut and the team were amazing and really looked after us. Ketut even arranged travel to our next destination which was amazing.

The beds are a touch hard but I feel that is the overall beds in Bali.

We were met with a smile inside our villa with the 2 sets of keys and a thorough tour of the villa. We received an ice cold drink on arrival.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make our vacation truly special. The villa itself is an oasis of tranquility and beauty. The design perfectly blends traditional Balinese elements with modern comforts. Every detail, from the lush garden and sparkling private pool to the thoughtfully decorated interiors, was immaculate and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious, with luxurious linens and a serene ambiance that made it easy to relax. The bathrooms, with their semi-outdoor design, felt like a tropical paradise in their own right.

I was glad you could walk straight out to the beach to get places. It was impossible to walk right or left along the road due to narrow roads and busy traffic.

The location was a little further from the main area of Canggu than I expected, but that might've been our mistake. It was still central enough for us to get around easily through Grab or Gojek. There was also a bit of noise coming from the construction site next to the villa, but that's not something the villa owners can do anything about. We did notice at some moments that the workers would peek at us in the pool which was not a big deal to us but can be uncomfortable for some. Might be something to take note of, but perhaps Putu or management could take care of this.

What a great stay! The villa was much more luxurious than we expected. I always tend to take photos with a grain of salt but the villa was more spacious, luxurious and comfortable than the photos showed. Once we walked through the door we thought we were in a lobby, not the actual villa. I think that speaks for itself! All the facilities were great, multiple bathrooms, a nice and large kitchen, beautiful rooms and of course the swimming pool! Putu (who worked at the villa) was absolutely lovely too, he always took the time to respond to my inquiries and help out if needed. It was nice and clean too and if we asked for additional towels and whatnot, Putu came in clutch every time.

While it is in an up and coming area, do expect some noise in the daytime due to the construction around. The bathrooms in each room are also a little bit exposed (i.e. no doors separating the bedroom and the bathrooms) so this might not be comfortable for some.

We really enjoyed our stay because the property was spacious and comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided and even if you needed any extras, a supermarket was within walking distance. The host was excellent, always making sure we had everything that we needed PLUS daily housekeeping was a really nice bonus. 10/10 would stay again!

The location of the property is very strategic and it has a lot of restaurants, spas, shops as well as beach clubs like Finns and Atlas. Additionally, the owner was very welcoming and the place was spacious and clean too!

The only downside and I emphasise only* is currently there is building work going on next door so there’s a lot of noise from 6am as the workers are getting ready. Out front there is scrub land that is messy. But to be honest, once you’re in the property you wouldn’t really know. It could do with a little touch up as some of the exterior paintwork is dull. But overall, the Villa is excellent

Ketut & Staff were in hand to get us into the property on arrival - they even stayed late when our transfers from Gili T were delayed and traffic was bad Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious. Only a short walk to local shop or a 5minute walk to local area where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
