There was a smell from the bathroom. Resolved buying an air freshener from the shop across the road for less than 10,000. Needs an exhaust fan. The shower pan fills up very quickly. You can hear the traffic noise inside the room (not really disruptive though). There is no footpath to the main street from the accommodation can be a bit exciting negotiating through the traffic.

Spacious, good air con. You can access the Finns beach club area on foot by going down the road through either the beach or one of the side streets and through to Caravan beachfront restaurant. (Doesn't show route on google maps). Access to the nearby main street with massage and restaurants within walking distance. Small supermarket very close.

ummmmm. I don't like giving an honest review on how great Kyara Villa is because it may be booked out and I won't be able to get a room next time I try to ! haaha. The only "Fault" was no restaurant BUT there are several really good places close by. 5 min walk.

Cynthia met me on arrival and showed me around. I met her partner and owner Mr Joe and the people and the room AND THE POOL were all fantastic! I had some friends come and visit and the owners/staff greeted them with open arms. My friends were jealous that I had such a good room and hotel.

The only thing was the location that wasn't what we wanted. We wanted a very quiet hotel but Canggu is not a very peaceful place. That being said if you are visiting the beach clubs and happy to be in the thick of it, this place is for you and is a great location for the people that want a busy atmosphere.

Very lovely welcome by the hosts who helped with our bags. The whole place was absolutely spotless and the decoration and style was beautiful. Hotle is exactly like the photos. The marble floors were immaculately clean and so beautiful. Honestly it was the most lovely hotel for the price. We had a change of plan left early, but this was not because we didn't like the hotel.

The fact that I had to hold the showerhead just to wash myself it wouldn't stay on the wall and when it would it would just be spraying right over my head, it's not hard to install the correct showerhead attachment so you can have a proper shower.

They were having power issues when we stayed in May. It usually turns on within a few minutes, but working from the villa can be frustrating with spotty wifi. Hopefully, they get it fixed soon. And the 11-minute walk to do laundry was pretty dangerous, they really should add a laundry service, we would have gladly paid extra for it.

We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment for a month. The pictures look just like the room. It's quiet, except for the loud motorbikes at night, which is not the venue's fault; you can get a good night's rest here. People complain about the location as there is no sidewalk however, that's all of Canggu. It's not any better in any other area. Soft beds, the kitchen has all of the equipment you may need to cook full meals, as there is no restaurant.

Having to lug your own luggage up a steep flight of steps wasnt too ideal, but other than that everything was great! The room was really clean.

Though the main entrance is at a small alley that is easy to miss, the location is extremely great. Theres the biggest of supermarket that you can find in all of canggu that is just a 2min walk away. Theres even a speciality chocolate shop just beside it, and so many other gems around.

Stayed in the Junior suite. Found it really nice. The swimming pool was also beautiful. Under location fantastic for me.. being close to our favourite Beach club Mari around the corner. A short ride to the forge gastropub. One of the favourite food spots along with milk and madu. Also the masseuse that tended to the area was amazing and great value for such skilled work. Owner Joe and his girl Cynthia are lovely . Enjoy

This is a little gem right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It still actually has rice paddy surrounds! Most facilities are within walking distance. A fully equipped kitchen and lots of seating are a bonus. There is a very well equipped supermarket just across the road. The rooms are surprisingly quiet, despite being close to main roads. Would highly recpmmend this to anyone especially with families. Great value here.

I think it was my mistake not to check location properly. It turned out to be near the heavily trafficked road. But after several days we asked the change the room and we were upgraded to the room where the noise was less audible. To be fair the price of this place is much lower than others, so I accepted.

As for the premises, it is really wonderful, there is everything you need. Kitchen, large beds, ample space. The staff is veery friendly!) There is a small gym, decent pool, area for remote work and hanging out. Also as soon as we had a request to change the room it was satisfied. Also someone mentioned that there is no direct way to the ocean, in fact there is a bridge now, so it would take about 8-10 min to get there. Also if you are there it is really necessary for you to visit Cafe del Mear beach club. That place is absolutely amazing. Plan it and go!) The nearest big supermarket with everything you need is 3-5 minutes away.

Wonderful apartments in a small, well-maintained complex. The owner was fantastic—very polite and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious and ideal for longer stays, anywhere from one to three months. The outdoor pool was excellent, and the location was just a short walk from some of the larger beach clubs. Considering the building was a little older it was impeccably maintained. Our apartment faced a main road, so there was some traffic noise, but the owner had installed triple-insulated windows, which definitely helped. This wouldn’t deter me from staying again, and I plan to book for a month or more on my next visit.

The room on the bottom floor by the road is not good. It’s literally 8 ft from a busy, noises road. The upstairs rooms are great for the price.

The bathroom doesn't have a complete wall, so a bit embarrassing when you go to the toilet - your partner can hear/smell, which is a bit weird. The property is on the main road, so kinda noisy but not the owners fault. The steps to the third floor are a little bit scary without a handrail. And I thought the pool was a bit dirty but my partner didn't mind. All these are very small things compared to how nice the property was.

Amazing property. So clean and well maintained. We were in the junior studio and we loved our stay. The beds were great. AC was fantastic. The best shower I have experienced in Bali! Drinking water on tap (what a nice touch) and plenty of storage space. We absolutely loved our room, it was the best one among the three we booked throughout our Bali trip. I'd completely recommend it
