The beach access is kinda true but inaccurate. You can access a beach immediately from the property but it was used for docking boats, so noone really used it.

Staff (shoutout to Leo) were so kind and lovely! Also loved the proximity of the hotel to the port but it was away from the main strip / loud bars so it was easy to sleep. Also liked that the pool was away from the main path (a lot of hotels have the pool within view of people walking past). Also used the spa, the massage was lovely

Shower was outdoor, there was no roof but a netting. It would be cute but the netting was broken and full of leaves. Looked like it hadn’t been dealt with in a while and let in list of flying insects. Needs to be improved for the money being charged.

The plug for the kettle didn’t reach any socket except for the bedside one, meaning each time I wanted to make a hot drink I had to move it, it wasn’t an issue more so just to let people who may have young children know!

My room had very poor soundproofing and I could hear the music from the bar and the loud transmission of the outside movies until late at night.

Easy to get to from the harbour and well situated for access across the island. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable hotel, but rooms have poor soundproofing.

Some wear and tear and the wifi was a bit sketchy, and there is a tv but not a smart tv (unless I didn't know how to use it) but otherwise all good and I would stay again!

I had a great stay and even extended by one night! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious, I was very comfortable. There is a great pool on site and they provide beach towels, and you can rent bicycles from the hotel. Great location, 5 minutes from the harbour and very easy to get around. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, very hard. We could also hear the conversations in the next room as the door adjoining the room was very thin.

Was close to the port which made it easy to island hop. Also close to the beach but not ideal for swimming due to all the boats parked up. Breakfast was nice. Staff were all very friendly and were happy to store our bags for the day after checkout. We were also able to check in an hour early when we arrived.

At first we had a rather dark room, where we could also hear the horses' trampling, but we were happy that we could change it. The Wi-Fi connection was quite good, but it kept dropping out (especially in the late afternoon).

The staff was super friendly, the grounds were very well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. There were water dispensers for refills, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent value for money.

The bungalow had an adjoining door to the next bungalow which was quite flimsy so you could hear your neighbours well!!! Luckily after the first night, new neighbours were much quieter so I guess it depends on how considerate your neighbours are! Wouldn’t put me off but maybe request a bungalow without an adjoining door?

The location is ideal just minutes walk from the harbour. A lovely pool hidden away and amazingly friendly staff. Our ‘standard’ room was a real surprise and well above expectation, it was a lovely bungalow which was traditional but modern with a lovely bathroom and perfect powerful shower. The nightly cinema screenings on the beach from the hotel were a real bonus! Would highly recommend

Little bit on you as soon as you arrive with trying to get you to book tours etc - we did book a snorkel tour through them and it was possibly the least informative tour I've ever been on and felt a bit rushed, plus cost more than not doing it through the hotel

Pool area was very nice and bathroom/shower was lovely! It was nice having a little balcony area out the front of the rooms too. Breakfast was okay and staff very chatty

The bathroom in the Superior Modern room was very small with only a pedestal sink and no counter space. Room furnishings were not as nice as I expected/ hoped.

A great hotel. Staff was super helpful especially Pras who works in the restaurant. My room was excellent..very clean. The location of this hotel is very good..less than 5 mins from the wharf and central Gili Air restaurants and shopping. It was a blessing to not hear cars or motorbikes..this Makes Gili Air and this hotel the place to really chill and relax.

The hotel is very near to the harbor, like 5 minute walk. This accommodation has a big pool and the garden looks lovely. Rooms were clean and spacious. You can rent bicycles from the hotel. Every night you can watch movies on the beach (Open Air Cinema).
