Music at night, Seminyak traffic, none the Villa fault! The Villa is showing its age....

Villa and private pool, nice. Good location, quiet traffic wise, but beach club and wedding venue music is a regular at night!

The villa is spacious and clean. We stayed in a group of 10 and there was plenty of space. The pool and gardens were stunning. The staff were outstanding; they were friendly and so accommodating. We loved our stay and would come back.

The beach is close but you need to walk further down to swim.

The staff were amazing, so friendly couldn't do enough for us. The Villa was stunning..The pool is a lot bigger than l thought it would be 😊. Location is close to shops.

Parts of the villa were a little bit worn and tired and could do with a bit of touching up

It was well located for getting to the main restaurant’s and beach clubs. Plenty of space snd super clean. Also free shuttle bus to Cafe Del Mar and free entrance along with several other restaurants .. very good and should promote this on website

We loved this house. Quiet, safe and so much space! The beds were huge. The bathrooms were great. The social/family spaces were stunning. Nothing was too much for the staff, who were just delightful. Breakfast was great and it was a treat to have it cooked for us in our kitchen. The beach club was a good recommendation from staff and the actual beach was very close by - easy to walk to both. The vibe is pretty chilled around there. The main street is also within walking distance, with food shops, restaurants, tattoo and massage parlours. Perfect.

One small issue with the laundry price as we didn't know the price beforehand, but it was dealt with to our complete satisfaction, and we were very happy with the outcome.

Looks amazing and the facilities were great. Very spacious and the staff were very accommodating with every request.

Kitchen needs a few little extra things. Tea towels to dry the dishes, some teaspoons and a kettle.

5 big ensuited bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space. Lovely big communal area and gorgeous pool. The staff were so lovely and nothing was a problem

It’s tired, needs some attention, especially the rooms, painting, broken mirror, leaking hoses but nothing a coat of paint wouldn’t fix. The rooftop area is amazing but sooooo many stairs.

The condition of the place was not very well maintained. New place but could tell some parts of the villa were worn out.

The Villas was very spacious and grand ! Everyone was wowed by the grand entrance when we stepped into the villa. Service attitude was also tiptop! It’s a 3 min walk to a minimart, 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and massage joints!

Great place to stay. Staff were exceptional who were only to willing to help and accomadate with any requests. Very clean and good location.

We had to have maintenance and trades in on our first day to clean the rooftop bath, fix broken locks on windows and dripping air cons. Safety aspect wasn’t great, we even found a beam of wood linking two villas three stories up that our children nearly discovered. The three bedroom villas were way better maintained than our 5 bedroom.

The fact we had 5 bedrooms, central location and modern vibe.

Needs some maintenance, painting etc.. A little bit tired.

Space was great for us. We had 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Clean and great staff.
