We really loved this villa. It’s more Balinese theme interior as opposed to which wash modern style, but it’s clean, so spacious & functional, has every thing you could need- having a washing machine to do our own laundry was a game changer. Full kitchen is amazing, we are a family of 6 and everyone loved having their own rooms. Great wifi, great AC in every room, comfy beds. The location is set back from the hustle so you aren’t overwhelmed when taking a walk to the indomart, but off the Gang there is a well way that takes 4 mins to get to discovery mall and the main strip- this was awesome to pop out for some shopping. Arie & Yacob were awesome 🙌🏽 We had the best time- that pool and the bar fridge… heaven! We pretty much emptied the fridge and it was still less than a few rounds at an Aussie pub 🤣 Would stay again for sure 👍🏽

Very nice villa, open spaces, had everything we needed. Large mini bar, water dispenser with bottled aqua water, staff were excellent spent hours cleaning the villa when they would come to clean every second day.

Pool needs depth sign to let people know it get very deep quickly especially if young children are there. Was a bit of a trek to Main Street if elderly people in your group as not taxis at the door.

Everything was good. Only minor negative is that it's slightly fat from things. But this is really nitpicking.

Great villa for a big group. Nice rooms. Modern facilities. Good pool. There was a family of tiny kittens living in the garden, which was really fun. The staff were really patient when we had to leave a little late because we couldn't get a taxi.

Abit far from beach not 600 metres but more like 1.3klm..crab car only cost $2.50 to get into Kuta ..

It was like a home had everything you needed . Complementary fruit , bread, eggs milk etc even first aid kit ..bar fridge ..in a gated area ..Great place to rest and get out of tourist strip for a couple of days..

The entrance is a bit difficult to find. It is hidden in a very small lane. It took us quite some time to find the way out to the main road. Don't look down to the small swimming pool, the left half is sudden deep ~ 2 meter, which scared the whole of us. Suggest owner to put signage to alert the guests. Kids must be well watched when playing in the pool.

The villa is perfect for a group of friends or a big family to stay. The facility is new and has plenty of beds and rooms. There are free tea coffee bags, eggs and instant noodles, rice, banana provided free of charge. The swimming pool is very cute. There are can drinks and beer in the outdoor fridge with reasonable price, which is convenient. There is a Bluetooth speaker for music playing. Air-cons are working perfectly cold. There are other similar villas in the yard which might be under same management or developer. All my group members give thumb up to the villa.

The villa is a bit old but expected around kuta area. The water in the toilet or shower is a bit smelly due to bore water

We liked everything in the house, the staff who greeted us were friendly and kind, the owner was generous and provided us with everything we needed like eggs, rice, instant noodles, tea, coffee, bread, jam, and fruit bowls bananas, salak, even dragon fruit. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of room space for 6 of us to move around and put our things. Very quiet area. I can see the owner is very thoughtful and understanding what we need. The location is close to everything. Thank you. I do not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

It's not a villa, it's a warm sweet home!! we are group of 10 everyone love the place, 5 premium bedrooms and the livingroom the main place we hangout is very extremely comfortable, you can play football in the kitchen!! that how big it was, complete kitchenette, no need to worry about you don't have enough glasses, plates or bowls. We will be back for sure!

No oven and the pans non stick coating is peeling off. The pillows in the master bedroom are a little harder than what we are use to.

The location was deemed hard to find by GoJek or BlueBird drivers and was a 10 minute walk to the Kuta Main Strip.

The villa was exceptionally clean, the photo's really don't do it justice. The villa was comfortable and quiet, despite being close to the main strip in Kuta, road noise was not an issue and all guests slept well during the stay. The hosts came every second day to clean, change bed sheets and supply fresh towels.

Other than the location being a bit hard to find for some taxi drivers, there was nothing wrong with the villa.

The property was a lot bigger than I thought it would be and had just about everything! It was almost like we were actually at home. It was also very clean. We loved it and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great location and clean and tidy. The pool was fantastic and a real bonus given the heat in Bali. 5 mins walk to the main St and several bars and good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Kuta. Great hosts.

It is an older villa. Very clean but just a bit dated so if you are expecting shiny and modern this might disappoint but we were very happy with everything.

The villa staff were there when we arrived and explained what was free (bread, fruit, nutala, tea, coffee etc) and where the drinks (bintangs, cokes, etc) were in outside fridge and the cost ($2.50 a stubby) This was great as we could relax, have a cold drink and a swim in our own pool before deciding what to do for dinner. Also there were no bali ciders in fridge but Jacob was very accommodating and went to shop for us and bought some. Communication with the owner was instant and easy on whatsapp.
