Our neighbor was repairing their fence after it was damaged by severe rain, and while this was unfortunately beyond our control, we ensured that the work was limited to 10 AM – 6 PM to minimize any disruption. Regarding breakfast, we provide a daily allowance of IDR 100,000 per room, offering flexibility to choose from our à la carte menu. Our menu includes 15 high-quality items, many of which are priced below the allowance. We prioritize quality over quantity, which is why we use premium Free-Range Pasture-Raised Eggs, ensuring the best quality for our guests. These ingredients come at a higher cost, but we believe they contribute to a superior dining experience. Our beds are King Koil, known for being the most luxurious and comfortable mattresses in Indonesia, to ensure a restful night’s sleep. While we are not a beachfront property, we are conveniently located near the beach. A quick Grab or Gojek ride for only IDR 15,000–20,000 makes it easy to enjoy Sanur’s attractions. Our rates reflect this, offering great value compared to beachfront properties. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

The peaceful setting ensures a restful night’s sleep without the disturbance of car or motorcycle noise or late-night bar crowds. The road to our property is easily accessible, and we’ve never encountered complaints about this before. Our pricing is competitive and varies based on travel dates. Rates are higher during Indonesian National Holidays, as most hotels are fully booked with local and international travelers. Similarly, during the High Season—between June to September and December 15 to January 5—demand is at its peak, and room rates across Bali reflect this. While it’s a bit off the beaten path, there are around 30 restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive, and motorbike and car taxis in Bali are quick, easy, and affordable. Many of our regular guests appreciate our location, as it offers a peaceful stay free from the disturbances of car and motorcycle honking or late-night bar crowds. They value the quiet, restful environment, especially compared to the noise that can extend into the early morning hours in more central areas.
