Staff are very warm and welcoming Facilities are clean I normally get very tired of staying in a hotel for many days on work trips but this one was different, I really felt I could stay there longer and will definitely go back again.

Had the misfortune of staying at a room facing the main road. The noise was unbearable and had 2 hours of sleep for someone who is sensitive to noise. It was helpful that ear plugs were already provided for in the room, which means the hotel must know of this issue, but it was not enough to drown out the noise. If you have a room facing the side or back, I’m sure it would have been a great experience.

Felt like a new property, with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and had everything I needed.

A beautiful, opulent hotel in a good location. A short taxi ride from two wonderful malls - Gandaria City and Pondok Indah. Friendly staff, nice pool and restaurant (which is often closed due to private functions).

When there is function, the guest has no other restaurant to eat. When on business trip, you just want to have a meal and back to the room to rest after a long day. Please improve the F&B.

I don't like the buffet breakfast. Staff told me hotel doesn't serve Alacarte before 11:00. This is very strange. A lot of us only need Toast and Coffee. Please make it available, as I go JKT frequently.

If you're a light sleeper, you might need to think twice. There's a busy street just right to the hotel building, even it was midnight still the road was kinda busy, lots of honking sound. Although the hotel did provide the earplug, but very unfortunate, it didn't help much. Other than this, the rest is fine.

Staffs were very attentive and friendly. Room was kinda spacious and comfy.

Very peaceful, very clean, lovely staff. They had Netflix too which was a huge plus - normally on the tv in hotels it’s just local channels or news channels available. The restaurant’s food and cocktails were fantastic. I was allowed to check in early too so I really appreciated the flexibility of the staff.

The one negative aspect of this property is that their only restaurant serves as a popular function room. During my one week stay, three different events closed the restaurant which affected the morning breakfast and the evening dinner service. It would be better to hold functions on the 1st floor and leave the ground floor restaurant to hotel guests.

The room is not soundproof. Couldn’t sleep well due to the traffic noise in the area. Also strong smell of the chemical cleaning products used in the hallways. Could use environmental friendly cleaning agents.

I liked most of the facility that this hotel offered. Minor thing that made me uncomfortable was the pillow in my room. The pillows were too firm for my next and I oftentimes woke up with sore neck. I didn't ask for new ones because I usually came back very late to sleep and did not want to bother the staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to make my trip very enjoyable. Huge appreciation for the security staff who always made sure that I was safe while waiting for my GoJek/ Grab. The Front Desk staff were very resourceful and kind.

Still no smart TVs in the room. No way to stream content or connect mobile devices. Wifi signal kept dropping in the room and at the kitchen/pool area. Pricing for business services is super expensive

Perfect for family holidays and location is strategic in South Jakarta. Affordable pricing and great value for the money. Kids and family activities are a wonderful add-on. Staff and management are very friendly. The meals from the kitchen are world class and well-presented.
