The room, bathroom and outer space (pool, dining room) are beautiful, clean and with all the accessories. The staff is more than friendly and helpful. They treated us like princesses ... ice cream and ice tea in the afternoon, hot tea in the evening. Breakfast was delicious. Congrats to chef. I highly recommend Vanilla Suite.

I like everything here, this is just a home for me. wonderful host who took care of me, we are not just a guest, we feel like family. A place might not perfect for others, but for me, home will always like that, but i always enjoy staying here. not my first and not going to be my last. will come back again :)

Hmm.... i dont know, it's just part of the home. so just be it, enjoy it. the location maybe, but hey this is bali :) hidden gem everywhere. passing through the bumpy roads and small alley. very dark at night, but to make us more careful with the road. but dont worry it save here.

Big, bright Rooms...cozy beds....spotless clean...slept like a baby. Hospitality is outstanding! Location is great to explore Uluwatu. Restaurant Brew&Eat in walking distance. I certainly would come again!

Well, the hotel is 3 stars, I chose it purely because of the recommendation, without studying all the nuances ... All the minuses about the location, dogs, lizards inside, unclean towels, dirty pool etc. could be attributed to 3 stars ... But I will write what was very offensive, perhaps in the future the owners will be more attentive .. The day before arriving in Jimbaran, I got a severe burn and sunstroke in Canggu, because of this I could not sleep all night, and in the morning I was nauseous, so I asked the owner to leave my breakfast for later, they said yes, yes of course, but they still did not bring me anything that day, thank God there is an opportunity to order fruit from the market by taxi, and the 2nd day I was late for breakfast by 30 minutes, they said that Well, there is no breakfast, you are late ... Well, damn, you can make an exception when this happens - a person has a burn and it is already bad, and here you are talking about 30 minutes. Only on the 3rd day I got this breakfast, where a girl sitting on the floor playing on the phone with dirty hands that were scratching her hair - began to cook breakfast with these hands in front of me ... of course I did not eat it .. Only the owner is a kind man, he pulled out aloe for me 2 times and gave me to smear, he also gave me aloe cream, thank him very much, Only what was described above ruined all this and it was really a shame that they could not leave me 1 portion of breakfast in such a state, especially I could not go anywhere ... Well, thank God I am a doctor myself, I helped myself and I eat very little)) and those guys at the reception are really kind, but they only play on the phone and when I asked to go to the market for money and buy me fruit, they refused (they said we only work here, we can't go out)) so I gave a lot of commission to the taxi when they could have helped and earned ...

Loved everything about this place! The service was excellent, and the team and owners were so attentive and generous.

Chickens and other animals can be heard at all hours of the day. The roosters will wake you up early, and at night, you might hear cat fights outside - kind of funny.

Excellent attitude towards guests. Very clean pool. Every day cleaning. Every day a new breakfast. Family, cozy vacation. The owner, Mr. Kino, incredibly helped us with our problem with the car absolutely free of charge. We will definitely come back here!

The staff was really kind and took good care of us. They had our room cleaned daily and every evening they would give us something to eat (like an ice cream or something else, even if it wasn’t included in our stay) while we were relaxing at the pool. The property was great, but the stuff was greater. We will most definitely come back here! Also, on the way back to the airport, because it was really early in the morning and we couldn’t eat our breakfast, they prepared us something for the road (something to eat and drink) which was really thoughtful. Never had a better host and better hospitality. We recommend it 100%!

Like every place in Bali, you need to adapt to the gecko🦎😂 (not a bad thing about the property, but something to keep in mind wherever you go)

place is quite noisy at night and with malfunctioning aircon, getting good sleep is really challenging. Also, no hot water which makes the large bath unusable.

It was probably the best stay i ever had in my entire life! The object is situated in a peaceful part of Jimbaran, not far away from the main airport. It is a beautifully designed villa with a nice pool in the middle. The rooms are very clean and spacious, everything that you need is inside including mosquito repellent. There was a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. Every room had its own terrace with chairs or sun beds. The pool was really clean and the water temperature was perfect, it was really refreshing to have a swim during the day but also during the night as the pool is available to midnight. The best part was the staff. I have never experienced such hospitality in my life before. Upon arrival we were given fresh juice and a platter of delicious fruits. Whenever some guests entered the villa they were immediately offered some cold water, ice cream, fruits or tea. The staff really cared that every guest was happy. The service was outstanding. It was the best stay we could ever imagine, don’t even think about it but book this villa if you can, you won’t regret it!!!

The staff and owners of this property are the most lovely people! They help with moving baggage and giving you little treats, just truly lovely people. They really looked after us when our flight was late and we had already checked out, giving us a place to put our baggage and hang out. The pool was cleaned regularly and was lovely to swim in. The bedding was soft. Bathroom was modern with good hot water. The property is quiet. The breakfasts were yummy with real thought put into them. Water refill. Very impressive wifi. Nice sunset view especially from the upper floors.

Very minor and not their fault but the location means that if you're staying for a while you will probably need to hire a scooter to get around, the road out front can get quite busy.

-Breakfast was included. The menu changed every day. Examples of breakfasts are american breakfast, nasi goreng(fried rice), pancakes, sandwich, chicken in sweet and sour sauce etc. The food was cooked right in front of you. If you are not following a very proper diet, then this is a great option for you! We prefer healthier food, so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. But it is important to note that we were told in advance that they don't have vegan options. Anyway I can’t say that it is the disadvantage of this place at all, it is just our decision, which does not affect the overall rating of this hotel, but if you have special diet, you should just know it:) -The hotel owner also gave out different desserts every evening. They were not healthy at all, but for us anyway this is a valuable sign of care and attention from the staff:) I can't mention any significant inconveniences, because overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Ah! if you want one, then here it is :) We had to turn on the lights at any time of the day, because we couldn't open the curtains due to the fact that people could pass through the window and this could cause a little inconvenience there. Maybe someone will need this information.

We were very well received in this spotless and charming structure. We arrived it was past midnight and we were greeted with joy and with smiles. Every day they prepared a good breakfast and on their return they offered us a little thought like ice cream or joghurt. Here they rent the scooter at competitive and stress-free prices. I can only recommend staying here
