The bed is a little too soft and the furniture looks tired and old. The rollers for curtains in the corridor are broken.

One of the best value for money in Bali. Location is great for people not going to beach. Food all around and very close to GWK.

There was high humidity in the room and pillowcases, smelled musty. They gave us dehumidifiers and an air purifier but it didn't help much.

We loved our stay because of the bartender Husain. He is lovely and always smiling. Big greetings to him from Edita and Filip.

Nothing, everything was a very high standard.

Great hotel, equal quality for less on the island but the extra gives you quite good privacy and security in the hotel.

Difficult to walk around the area to local shops ect as the hotel is set on a very steep hill with congested traffic.

How the bathroom doors are. its odd food menu needs improvement

We had a huge family reunion in bali around 20 of us. our cousins wedding was in a nearby hotel so we chose this place. Firstly the staff is star of the show. Just so helpful and kind. The marble floor in the room creates a lot of condensation from the humidity, so it was a bit slippery

The road noise is disturbing. When a dated truck (and there are lot of those) tries to climb uphill the main island throughfare just outside the hotel, the engine noise is heard wide and far, all day and night. This is not for those who think they will wake up to bird noises.

I added the half board to my stay but actually you have just very limited choices and moreover the staff was confused about what we can or cannot order from the menu. Also, unfortunately, from the room you hear all the traffic noise and it’s hard to sleep well.

Staff was amazing and really welcoming, I would book this hotel just for them.

Few areas of improvement noticed over my 2 week stay. The property seems like a hotspot for large local group events, especially on weekends. This results in most of the staff being engaged for the event and delay in room service/ cleaning which can even be skipped a day or two. This can be a little nuisance if you are travelling with kids. Apart from the receptionists, the other staff doesn’t speak or understand much english. The breakfast is a huge spread but is repetitive.

Great location. Friendly staff. Daily supplies and grocery stores within walking distance. A special mention for Inul, Ary and Aya who were very helpful. The view from outside the room overlooking the GWK statue is nice. The play area for the kids, breakfast area overlooking the city is great.
