Recensione verificataDal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati in questa struttura ci siamo sentiti a casa. La struttura è nuova e lo staff ti aiuta per qualsiasi cosa, dal check in al check out. Appena entrati in camera ( con una vista spettacolare sulla foresta soprattutto se dovesse capitare di aprire gli occhi all'alba), Eka ci ha illustrato tutti i comfort della stanza, e hanno preparato per noi anche una sorpresa graditissima! Tutik, Eva, Eka, Yoga, Adinata, sono stati tutti in grado di coccolarci e anche di viziarci. A Bali la vita scorre lenta e in questo resort hai come l'impressione di non doverti preoccupare più di nulla . La colazione é spettacolare sia dolce che salata, preparata nel loro ristorante . Abbiamo avuto modo di mangiare lì anche a pranzo e devo dire che è stato un pranzo molto gradito . Ci hanno dato la possibilità di affittare anche il motorino senza doversi preoccupare di doverlo affittare per proprio conto. La piscina stupenda, la stanza stupenda e pulita, lo staff cordiale, si sono presi davvero cura di noi. È stato bello tornare la sera e trovare sempre qualcuno ad accoglierci con il sorriso con cui scambiare due chiacchiere prima di tornare in camera. Per finire, al check out ci hanno preparato una breakfast box perché sapevano che non avevamo tempo di fare colazione seduti. È stato bellissimo ! Suksma.
Mi dispiace di aver passato solo 4 notti in questo magnifico posto. Super consigliato. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Nonostante ci fossero lavori in corso un po' rumorosi vicino alla nostra stanza, hanno fatto il possibile per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole. Piscina a sfioro con vista molto rilassante. È possibile farsi servire la colazione in camera senza extra.

Colazione a la carte con ottimi prodotti oltre alla possibilità di godere di un té pomeridiano. Acqua in bottiglia fornita quotidianamente.

Il posto è un po' decentrato ed a Ubud questa non è una cosa da poco visto il traffico. Inoltre sono ancora un po' disorganizzati ( per fare il check out ho impiegato più di mezz'ora), ma penso che questo dipenda dall' inesperienza visto che sono aperti da solo due mesi. Comunque l' inesperienza viene colmata dall' estrema gentilezza
