I couldn’t be happier with my stay! The staff were truly the kindest possible, always so helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and super clean every day, the service impeccable, and the location just perfect. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options and served until 11am, which was such a plus. It is a more boutique option for those seeking a quit place in order to be able to sleep well and easily move around the area. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Very cozy, the staff went out of their way with everything.. they were very vey friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and they cleaned it every day on our 4 nights stat. We had breakfast everyday and the food was amazing. Location is close to most places. Overall a 5 star from me.

As we were travelling with our daughter, we needed to take a car to shops and restaurants which were easily accessible but just added to travel time.

The suite was kept very clean, refreshed on a daily basis. We stayed for 12 nights and the staff were very friendly and diligent. The breakfast was very good, with a decent selection between Asian and Western options. The restaurant staff were very accomodating for breakfast and lunch services. There are also some great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. It was a lovely place to have some downtime.

A great hotel. I would love to return here one day. I had a suite with a living room and a kitchen - it was marvelous. I really liked the style and a lot of thoughtful little details 😊.

Because my uncle cannot walk very far we had to take taxi even to go eat or shop

So happy there was an elevator!! My Uncle cannot climb stairs so there were issues fir him staying on 2nd floor Everyone there was very kind Lena gave me an excellent Bali massage!!

Very friendly staff, I check out 2:00pm with kids and they didn't charge anything. Every day they make up the room, we stayed 7 days, and Breakfast was amazing, even though I ordered extra, they didn't charge me. Highly recommend

All the facilities are there, but are getting a little tired/dated. Some areas could use a fresh coat of paint (some scuff marks, fading, peeling), which makes it feel a little dated. Some towels are a little older and not so fluffy. There was a safe - great - but not bolted in place (seems to be a thing in Bali 😄) Finding is a little strange... located at the end of a narrow street next to a property that has a couple of annoying barking dogs that may be roaming free. Staff spoke to them and they were mostly away after this. They're harmless, and more scared of humans than anything, but can be alarming. Pillows soft but quite fat.

Overall everything here good to very good. Staff were kind and polite. Included breakfast was tasty. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was decent. Room was spacious and well appointed with facilities (kettle, fridge, sink, sitting area, table and chairs, t.v., plates etc) Good sized bathroom and nice shower rose. Good water pressure. A/C great. Happy for what we paid. Nice they included a 10min free massage, we unfortunately didn't find the time to use this. Not really traditional Balinese in any way, but great if you're looking for good clean reliable accommodation away from the busiest parts of Canguu.

Only our double bed in the smaller room of the 2 bedroom unit was very squeaky and not comfortable. The control switches for the lights was a bit odd.

We had friends over a lot of and Heni who serviced us was very accommodating with our requests for certain time to have rooms cleaned and early breakfast arrangements. We felt at home. We had booked 3 double rooms and a 2 bedroom apartment. The feedback about the other rooms was great.

We had a comfortable stay—the double bedroom is spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. The staff were very nice and responsive. One thing to note: the location is a bit far from Seminyak center, so it’s something to consider if you’re not riding a scooter. Also, there was occasionally an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.
