How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was nice. Not much options for dining outside but you can order food.

During one of the days, we found a small 'gekko' in the room. However, shortly after telling the staff, the 'issue' was fixed immediately!

Breakfast is not worth it. The tea cups are extremely small. And the food quality is poor. They will not give you anything free. There are no smoothies or juice with breakfast. They will charge you extra. If you want a good breakfast, go to Anusara Luxury Villa or Ning Villa..

The hotel is not close to Ubud downtown or any restaurants, to go anywhere you MUST ride a motobike. So the location is not ideal.

Verified reviewI would give them 10/10 for what I got from this place. - very photogenic place. - quiet (during the night). No one bothers you, even the staffs are not around you unless you call - new, clean and comfortable bedding - great swimming pool (I was the only person using it) - very private. Even when fully booked, there would not be more than 10-12 guests there. - good breakfast. - attentive staffs (but only when you call them), they even arranged a bike rental for me I think the place is more suitable for honeymooners, or friends who came to bali for a beautiful photoshoot. I will surely come back, but maybe with someone accompanied.
I think they started to rent out the place recently. So they might be improving it's system now. Here are some ideas for improvements; - at least one staff on site (sometimes it felt uncomfortble to ask things as I needed to make a phonecall or a whatsapp message - food menu for day-evening time. (I had to order go-food when I was hungry, or had to go out to eat) - deluxe king room is quite basic and small with no bathtub included. For this roon maybe they should lower the price a little bit, regarding the location and the average quality/price of other hotels in Ubud.

Verified reviewThe house is amazing, nice architecture. Location excellent north of Ubud so it is calm and within the nature. The view is really stunning. Despite being in nature no problems with mosquitos or similar. Nice warungs in the nearby but we would recommend a scooter anyway to explore (there is a rental in the nearby which we can really recommend). Friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Pool is longer than in most locations so you can really swim there.
Breakfast and coffee needs improvement. Facilities were clean but sometimes lacking attention to detail. Level of English varies (wasn't a problem for us)

Verified reviewAll the previous reviews are not wrong, fabulous place! Spotless clean,beautiful bathroom, friendly staff (Tary is very lovely) and amazing views. The property is just so beautiful and very well maintained! Very relaxing location and while some may say its a bit further from center - I have stayed in the center before and I would take this location any day! Its a luttle north from center, but even driving feels relaxing due to views. Parq Ubud and othet cool places are really not far.

Verified reviewFantastic villa with just a few rooms 15 minutes drive north of Ubud. Great “infinity” pool with cool water and view on rice paddies and coconut trees on both sides. Modern, spacious, clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
As it has no restaurant the breakfast is prepared by the general staff and felt too basic for an upscale property like this. No moskito screen on the terrace door means that you cannot open the window at night but need to leave the aircon running even though temperature outside is perfect. Wifi not suitable for business use (slow, frequent reconnects).

Verified reviewThe property is very modern and beautifully styled. The view of the rice terraces surrounding the property is stunning and they become even more spectacular at night as fireflies light up over them. The location is also good, only a 10 minute scooter away from Ubud centre. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They maintained good communication with us, always made us feel welcome and would go out of their way to accommodate us, including surprising us with take away breakfast when we left early on our last day. The owner’s dog was another hi-light, he can be seen jumping up to look over the wall when you arrive, he was very friendly and happy to receive pats when we’d come and go. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Hospitality and staff are incredible. They will make you feel very comfortable and welcome. Nearly all your wishes can come true with those precious people. Breakfast alerted to your taste, trips, SPA, cooking classes recommendations. I even got a scooter riding class.
