The member of staff I did eventually meet was a pleasant young man.

When I arrived it was late and I was tired, and I was only there for one night so I didn't bother changing rooms. When I landed in Bali I told the hotel I would be there in an hour. When I arrived an hour later there was nobody on the front desk. No staff anywhere. I was able to enter the hotel and walk around looking for staff unchallenged. No security of any kind. All the rooms were easily accessible. I called the hotel number many times but no answer. I was about to leave when a member of staff arrived. The mini bar mentioned in the facilities is just an empty fridge. The fridge was leaking water onto the floor inside the door. There was no TV in the room. Admittedly there is no TV mentioned in the facilities but at this price level it did not occur to me that there might not be a TV in the room. There is a plug socket on the wall in preparation for a TV but they obviously changed their minds. No drinking water is provided in the room. If you want water you need to get dressed and go downstairs to the shared kitchen. I have not stayed in a hotel that did not provide drinking water in the room for many years, especially in a country where you cannot drink the tap water. Probably the cheapest consideration you could give a guest, but not here. There are two bedside tables but only one bedside lamp. The advertised balcony is nothing more than a shared open area along the outside of the hotel facing a wall. There is no division between rooms. There is no view. You may as well sit in the corridor outside your room. The bathroom was dirty. There were long black hairs stuck to the shower glass, the mirror had water splashes all over it and the toilet seat was wet at the rear as if somebody had just used it. There were dirty marks on the work top near the sink. The bed linen is brown. After looking at the bathroom I was not convinced that the bed had been changed but hard to tell. I slept on top of the duvet and folded it over me to be on the safe side.

Hello Eamonn, Thank you for providing such detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it is invaluable for us to improve our services. First, we are glad to hear that you found the staff member you met to be a pleasant young man. We pride ourselves on our team's friendly service, and we appreciate you acknowledging this. We are truly sorry for the unacceptable experience you had upon arrival. We deeply apologize for the lack of staff at the front desk and the inconvenience and concern this caused you, especially after a long journey. The security and comfort of our guests are our top priorities, and we have addressed this issue with our team to ensure proper procedures are followed for late arrivals. We also apologize for the numerous shortcomings you noted in your room. We are very concerned to hear about the cleanliness issues in the bathroom, the condition of the bed linen, and the leaking fridge. This does not meet our standards, and we have already taken this matter up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate action. Regarding the amenities, we understand your frustration with the lack of drinking water and a TV. While we do not advertise a TV, we recognize that this can be an expectation for some guests. We also understand your point about the provision of drinking water and will review our current policy of offering it in the shared kitchen. We apologize for the disappointment with the balcony and the single bedside lamp and will ensure our room descriptions are as accurate as possible to manage guest expectations. We are very sorry that we failed to provide you with the comfortable and relaxing experience you deserved. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future to demonstrate the quality of service we strive to deliver.

Really clean and a very nice room. Would definitely come back. Everything brand new and the best shower I had in Bali

Location is a bit hard to find for grab drivers No view from the the balcony but I’m out wandering most of the times so it wasn’t a problem for me.
