The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location, you can walk to many shops, restaurants and bars and to the monkey forest. The building has a lot of character. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well.

I would put sun umbrellas by the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and lounge chairs. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the beds very comfortable and wide. Breakfast: 4 kinds of breakfast to choose from, so everybody can find something for himself. The location is very good - not the main street, but a pleasant street with a lot of shops, restaurants, massage parlours. The restaurant opposite plays live music till 23.30, which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage - depending what you like. Drinking water is available in the bottles all the time. I think it's a really good place to stay in Ubud.

I think that the only thing that was somewhat annoying was that the bar across the road had a band every night and they are very loud. Definitely take earplugs.(unless your keen to participate) it is not the accommodations fault but just something to keep in mind.

I had a lovely room with a large balcony. The balcony chairs were comfortable and I spend a lot of time outdoors. The staff were very friendly. It was in a convenient location and I was able to walk, mostly. The room was large and the bed and pillows etc comfortable. Plenty of options for breakfast, dinner all along Jln Bisma.

Water spreads from the shower head to the basin even there is a screen between. That causes the basin area wet after the shower. And the bathroom is damp as there's no window or exhaust fan. Would be better if there is a luggage rack in the room. I had to place my suitcase on the floor instead.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. A clothes rack outside to air the wet gear which is fantastic. Water refill facility is great for the environment instead of plastic bottles. That not only saves money, but also saves the environment.

There is a restaurant close to it that has live music every night until 23:30, so expect not to sleep until they finish. Maybe in the rooms that are in the back you can't hear them so much.

The room was very nice and clean. Bathroom is spacious and there was hot water every time. There wasn't any fridge in the room. The centre is close even by walking.

AC doesn’t properly work and the shower had no fan or window so all the moisture and wetness stays in there. Feels really dirty afterwards. Staff did provide a fan.

Noise from Balifornia's nightly music. Possibly could have had an English channel on the TV but not a requirement.

Room was big enough for us and comfortable. Being at the rear of the property we were a furtherest away from the noise of Balifornia's nightly music. Staff were very helpful and attentive, particularly Anna.

The music from the bar on the other side of the road was so loud that I could hear it all the time. It's strange that the management makes you sign a document with strict rules about silence and peace while the music coming from outside is already that loud. Geckos in the room, but I did not mind them. The bathroom could be better maintained.

The main basin tap did not have warm water, however the shower did, which is awkward if you wash your face from the tap.

Nestled off road off the road street, keeping the accommodation quiet and with the perfect amount of restaurants within walking distance to make the evenings spectacular. Friendly staff and good variety of breakfast options. Pool was nicely situated, felt that could rest quite nicely in the pool area.
