I stayed in one of the rooms on the second floor of this homestay and enjoyed my time there. The room is clean, minimalistic, and comfortable, with a nice outlook and a spacious bathroom. The bed was great, and the overall space was quiet and restful. One of the highlights was the breakfast — it’s freshly prepared each morning with ingredients from the local market, and it’s included in the very affordable price. The location is also fantastic — just a short walk from the centre of Ubud, yet still peaceful, with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. A great option for a simple, convenient stay in Ubud

Bathrooms are a bit basic, for the price of the stay I was fine with that.

Stayed upstairs, the room was clean, bathroom was ok. It is simple budget accommodation. The first room I stayed in downstairs was not to my liking , they were happy to let me change to an upstairs room. The a/c and fan were fine for cooling. The room was also spacious. The pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. The location is excellent and quiet, the street being narrow means not many cars come up so it is a peaceful location. 7 minute walk to centre is great. A taxi or grab will drive you all the way to the hotel.

Although Property is in a small street and we have to walk for 400-500 m from Main Road, Very beautiful property having green surroundings, they help me to hire taxi and they provide us Fruits in Breakfast at 7 am every morning ( Being pure vegetarian)

I stayed there 9 nights. It was a good. Before l came they asked me arrivel time. Althoug My arrivel was late they waited me. The place near the Forest and location very good you can go easly where you want. Because ıt ıs close the Forest the normal see insect. I saw and killed after never saw again. For breackfast every day you should the filing the paper. They served on time. I loved this place.

The shower pressure was very poor. We booked a ferry ticket through the hotel to Gili T. The company was called Semayone. And it had NO LIFE JACKETS that we could see. The boat trip was awful. Cramped and hot. A few times we nearly turned over in the sea. I did not feel safe at times. This is more on the ferry company but I wou;d have expected the hotel to offer us better company. The reviews online are AWFUL about this ferry company. Don't use and make sure you check which ferry you will go with around Indonesia.

A lack of communication at our arrival. They should have sent us more information how we should arrive. We arrived at the place and nobody was there. Then we called. They told us the room we booked is not available, so they brough us to other hotel which was terrible.. dirty and smaller. Luckily we had to stay there only for a night. ( I assume there are a few from the same owner) The internet isn‘t great for someone who has to work on a laptop. I would give it 6/10. Overall the placed could be polished and deep cleaned then everything is perfect

I’m reviewing this hotel, based on its price. The location is perfect, only around 7min walking to the city center. But when we first arrived we couldn‘ find the hotel as the hotel sign (when coming from the main street) is facing to other direction. So we had to ask the neighbours. The room downstairs right next to the pool is perfect. Staffs are helpful, although they don‘t communicate much, but they tried their best. Our breakfast (Banana Jaffle) was perfect.

Swapped to the downstairs room which was the primo one. Furthest away, close to the sweet little pool, private balcony, beautiful semi outdoor bath and pond. Beautiful garden right next to rainforest . Simple, fresh breakfast brought to the table on my veranda, cheap bike hire. Spaceous lovely room, comfortable bed, good aircon, filtered water

There was nobody at the front desk when we tried to check in. We talked to some other guest and it happen to all of them as well. We waited about 20 minutes. Then had to walk around to find someone to check us in.

The breakfast was nice. The location was act pretty good. A little ways off the Main Street but a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, yoga and cute shops.

Old bathroom needs some touch up. Mold. No kettle/teapot, no cups in the room but there is shared kitchen.

Great location, walking distance to everything, very quiet Ubud vibe, good breakfast (served every day right to your terrace), very small amount of rooms/guests so feels like you are next to your own pool.

I cannot express enough how loud the nearby roosters are. We stayed here for two nights, and both mornings they would start at 4:30am and wouldn’t stop for hours. We saw the roosters mentioned in another review before booking our stay, but thought it was probably someone being picky … the rooster is truly why we moved accommodation after two nights. In addition to this, the staff knocked on our door at 7:50am to ask if we wanted breakfast - though the staff were very nice and friendly, they should have let us know to arrange breakfast the night before OR waited until a reasonable time to knock on our door.

overall the room was nice for the price. The bed was comfy, the room were spacious, and overall clean. We didn’t use the pool due to bad weather, but it looked nice.

We stayed 4 nights and 3 out of the nights we got the breakfast late. After first morning we mentioned about it, but still till day 3 we had our breakfast 30-45 minutes late of the schedule, even after many complaints (we had own schedule to follow). Only last morning before leaving we had the breakfast according the time we requested.

Lovely guesthouse that has mostly everything you need. Location is good but still away from the biggest city noise of Ubud.

Rooms have big windows with a lot of natural light and great views. The owners are very kind, genuine and acommodations. The acommodation is recently renovated and located in a quite place but still close to the main road (10-15min walking).

location was in very small street. i have left this hotel immediately without check in and loose my full money 1.8 m IDR. every thig was mess in the hotel. please do not see the picture of hotel. it was completely different. very difficult to find with car even. I encountered a few issues during my stay. The door to the room was broken, and I had to wait about 10 minutes before I could open it, as it was quite difficult. Additionally, I was concerned that someone might be able to enter without a key, as the door wasn’t secure. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room. Lastly, the check-in process took longer than expected, as there didn’t appear to be staff available to assist at the time

-wifi didnt work in our room (nr 6) which was frustrating as so we didnt have internet at all -they didnt tell us we need to order breakfast beforehand so we didnt get it the first morning even though we paid for it, also it was quite small as you could choose 2 things, for example tea and 2 boiled egg -doors and windows dont fully close so expect many insects and lizards (lady very kindly helped to get lizards out) -room was dirty: bathroom sink had cigarette ash?, floor was dirty, bedsheets and towels dirty, they asked if we want cleaning and we agreed on a time, but didnt get it because they thought we were leaving in 2 days (which we werent so got cleaning the next day but had to be a day without toilet paper)

-location is good you can walk to places easily, and also get transportation easily, also there is a place you can get food and a tiny store right beside -pool was nice and the whole place really atmospheric -beds were comfortable -aircon was good -it is nice that they bring breakfast to your room at the time you have asked the day before -lot of warm water in the shower, takes a while to warm up though
