The swimming pool construction is still continuing.So that was not available. My bathtub was not able to be functional, because the faucet head came off and it needs to be replaced. The bathroom faucets, sink, cabinets are old and some need repair or replaced. There are no seals on the door or patio door so you hear all the noises. Thankfully the hotel is quite at night.

For an older rundown hotel, you can see it's beauty. I love that you can do laundry on site as well as watch the sunset at dinner. I like the size of the room and the marble flooring. I needed a work desk and had plenty of room. I love the price point and the location is quite. Its far from the hustle and bustle. Given that the price point is cheap your expectation needs to be at that level too. Do not expect face or hand towles. There are no hand soap. It is also a surfers haven because it's close to the beach and if you rent a scooter than you have it made.

We feel it was falsely advertised, the outside swimming area was apparently only for wedding venues,? Which is 1 of the reasons I booked it, The actual swimming pool was closed for maintenance with no knowledge of this until we arrived, and they didn’t even open up the outside pool for their guests

The Park View and Golf View rooms were in good condition overall. In the first Park View room, we experienced some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing. The second Park View room was nearly perfect, except there was no hot water in the bathroom, which made it unusable.

Very friendly staff at the Balagan restaurant we especially appreciated the option to have food delivered directly to the room, which was very convenient. The hotel manager was always helpful and responsive special thanks for the support and quick problem-solving. Also, the in-house laundry service was excellent fast, clean, and well-organized.

The location isn’t the best. Despite being near the beach it’s a long way from the beach. You will need a scooter to get around. Don’t expect to be able to walk any where. There are no mini marts near by either. The pool isn’t operating either. This was a massive let down. If you want a hotel with a pool or near the ocean best looking elsewhere. The restaurants weren’t cheap when you consider they will charge you tax for every meal.

The rooms were big, cheap, but dated. Really needs a massive revamp. The bed is comfortable which was an upside. Shower was good.

Obviously they have old rooms which they promote for less price than the market around to make money. Room smells so bad, it was 2 floors down from the lobby & at night the outdoor lights were directly inside the room, even had curtains shut. Shower drain wasn’t working properly so the bathroom floor was always wet. Mentioned 500k insurance on the website not sure for what exactly?! With having the deposit at reception before I checkout, I needed 12k to pay for grab driver because we’re no ATM on the way back to the hotel & 2 employees at the reception simply said no we don’t have & only when I told them that this is ridiculous & want to speak to the manger only then they had the money which I appreciate but why the hassle when you work in HOSPITALITY!!

The hotel is in a district which is isolated from the town. There are a lot of ghost hotels and stray dogs nearby. But there are also guards patroling with motorbikes. The cleaning could be more precise. And the walls, doors could use a painting they look 100 years old..

Reading the ratings we arrived to the hotel with sceptisism. However the building and the rooms look in the reality more rundown than on the pictures we didn't experienced any atricity mentioned below. One side of building is under construction, and the guest are accomodated in the other side of the building. The hall on the ground floor is beautiful and clean. The bar is super, with good food. Our room encluded breakfast, we could choose 1 menu out of 4. Apparently they are trying to pay attention to safety there are guards at the entrance and we heard several times, they were checking the corridors As well.

The building and room are still under construction, so a bit rough. The gym isn’t as they advertised, really warm and no AC. The equipment is old and rusty. In the room, the pillow is to tall and my neck suffered hehe.

The main photo is a stunning pool. There is NO POOL! It's part of a private wedding venue, located outside the common areas, and the water is 1 cm deep. I wondered what I was doing out here as there's no pool, and nothing close by for food, etc. The hotel restaurant is ok, but that's the option.

Only thing i was disappointed about was the state and quality of the Gym! Definitely needs some work, and was disappointed the roof top pool wasnt in use so a little bit of false advertising... but overall without knitpicking i highly reccommend. 👌

This place for the most part is absolutely amazing. The upstairs diner and bar is excellent. The Spa and wellness centre was also amazing and all the staff were wonderful. Room was nice and spacious.

This hotel is definitely worth the price and is close to Bingin if you take a grab bike. The rooms see clean and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only downside is there is no swimming pool but other than that it’s a bargain

Very large room, friendly staff, I purchased the buffet for the week and it was definitely worth it, the main reason for staying at this hotel was the gym. The gym was solid with plenty of machines and free weights. I would come back again..

Long time ago this hotel was really nice but now but now it's look like abandoned expensive toy, need very big renovation and deep cleaning in the bathroom with big amounts of chlorine! Pool doesn't work, stage which belongs to the hot tub barley standing, rust in the shower Chapel on the roof looks like from horror movie

My room did not get cleaned 3 days in a row even after I specifically requested my room to be cleaned. The water came out of the tap brown one day. The room smelt of damp. The “gym” smelt of dirt.
