Our door was a little difficult to close and there are plenty of mosquitos that bite you at night.

The facilities are really good and the pool is clean and big enough, and the breakfast is really really good. The location was pretty good, it was close to many grocery stores and restaurants.

This place is cool and could be so much better if not for several issues. For one, the doors to our villa could still be open when locked. They're the type of sliding doors that lock in the middle, but we found that all you had to do is push them forward and you could sneak under or to the side to get in. One of the doors has a small latch into the ground that should prevent this, but it was very shallow and didn't stick, so it was useless. This is a security concern that should be addressed before someone gets their things stolen. Also, the doors to the bedrooms scraped against the floor and were difficult to close all the way. We mentioned this and asked if they could fix them. They said they would but never did during our stay. One of the days, we asked if they could clean our room while we were out for the day. When we came back, they still hadn't cleaned the room. They came to the villa a little later and did some very basic/minimal cleaning. Possibly they didn't want to disturb us too much since we were in the villa at the time, but this would have been avoided if they had just done it when we were out for the day. A more minor issue was that one day we could no longer log in to the wifi. We asked the front desk about it and they said that the username and password had changed. Why would you randomly change it and not tell your guests? Not a huge issue but a little annoying. Lastly, the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dark, to where my wife had to do her makeup in the bedroom. Didn't affect me too much personally, but it would have been nice if it was a little brighter in there. Also, lots of stray dogs in the area. Not a big deal in my opinion, they all seemed friendly enough, but I know some people do not like this.

Decent place to stay for a family. Though located right by a busy road, it was pretty quiet. Had a nice, clean pool, motorbikes for rent, good water pressure in the shower, separate towels for bathing and the pool, nice sitting area in the front with a rack to hang clothes & towels to dry, lots of food options nearby.

Huts were dark, AC in my hut didn’t work properly and the road next to the hut was noisy. Probably doesn’t affect every hut tho.

The welcome is warm, and even if you arrive outside reception hours, they will prepare the key for you to check in independently. The staff is very responsive, understanding, and very kind. I had to change rooms several times because of very noisy tourists and they didn't ask me for anything more. The address is located in a very quiet area with no traffic noise even though it is in the heart of Jimbaran. All shops are available on foot in 5 minutes and are close to the Gwk cultural park. I recommend this address.

Some minor leaking from the roof during a rainstorm. Once a night we had a minor power surge that flashed all of the lights on, but nothing was damaged, just scary. The pool was very clean but could have been a little bit cleaner. Their partnered laundry service was affordable, but caused some minor damage to one of my wife's graphic-tee shirts.

Loved the pool. Local cats were friendly with guests and staff. Any problems we had, the staff solved immediately when we brought it to them. Very nice room and bathroom.

The shower is not hot, it’s barely like warm and if it gets warmer it last for seconds. The wifi is hit and miss, which makes it hard to work.

Great pool, great central location to Uluwatu and nusa dua. Great food around. Good fresh breakfast and hassle free scooter rental.

Got waken up at 2am by some locals who were staying in the same room. They messed up the shower and toilet, made a lot of noise, I couldnt sleep. They even checked my bed at night, but didnt seem to care. I want to stay with travellers not with some workers, I understand that they also need a place to sleep, but we are not in the same mood. I am here to enjoy a quiet night and not people coming back from their job.

in the 4-bed villa everything is great, but the tap in the kitchen area is loose and there is a huge hole between the sink and the wall, it is unpleasant and there is dirt in this hole

A great stay with clean, big rooms and a nice washroom. We got a family room with a sitting area and one bedroom. It's a well maintained place. The highlight is the swimming pool. There is no restriction to use the pool. It is accessible at any time. Even the dormitory bathroom is very neat and tidy. Soap, toothpaste and brush, shower cap etc are provided. GWK PARK is at a walkable distance. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby. They even allowed us early check in. Great staff. Very helpful and considerate.

The room was too dark, noisy because of the big road nearby. The Location is not good, because it takes very long to get to the nice touristic places.

The Room was clean, the staff was nice and we had a great stay. Good for experiencing the not touristic parts of Uluwatu.

Room was very dark. My friend saw a mouse in the room. Wifi didn't work. There was almost no running water for two days, and no hot water either. My friend and I had to go to the pool first to get our heads wet and just THEN wash our heads in the shower. But after two days, the employees solved this problem and finally we got hot, running water.

The place is easily accessible, all my ‘’Grabs’’ found this place easy. :) Lots of good shops nearby. Great pool. We had our own mini, private terrace and parking space. The employees are friendly, maybe they couldn't change something, because the buildings themselves require renovation, but the employees were great.
