Omg , just an amaizing place to stay and chill out. We loved our two nights here and the tent is so beautiful and clean and perfect to have a good and quiet sleep,the shower and the toilet are so beautiful and relaxing and the garden is very nice and at the bar you can meet Bongcha, the most beautiful black cat i ever seen 🥰❤️. We strongly recommend this place !🫶

Nothing really, just you can slightly hear other people in the other tents but gets drowned out by the aircon and fan. It will become even better once all the different fruit trees and plants grow and also give a touch of privacy when entering and leaving your tent.

Super cool tents with great en suite attached & air con! The camp site is set in a beautiful location by the hill/mountain, close to quiet bit of the beach and also close enough to some really nice bars and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got given a nice cold coconut when we first arrived after walking 30mins from the port. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely tents and big bed, perfect bathroom. (wife wanted that added). Special to hear the sound of the surf at night and have that camping feel. Aircon and fan keeps it comfortable

Absolutely loved this campsite! It's located in an idyllic spot, just a minute's walk from the beach with an epic sunset spot. The bed was super comfy, the tent was spacious, and the private bathroom feels like showering in a jungle! Huge thanks to the staff for their kindness, they're wonderful and super friendly people. Highly recommend for a relaxing and secluded getaway. 5/5 stars!

Everything was wonderful

It was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Ubuntu Resort 100% if you love camping with a touch of extra comfort, being surrounded by nature, and enjoying the chill island vibe with incredible energy. The beach is just steps away, so a refreshing swim is guaranteed. Big thanks to Markus for such a warm welcome, for being a true leader and creating such a strong, friendly team spirit... and for the shared bintangs hahaha. Thank you to Iling for supporting us every day — helping with transport arrangements, check-in/out, and giving us great local tips for snorkeling and tours…. and of course, also for the delicious cool coconut waters. And a huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so special — you guys will forever have a place in our hearts. We can’t wait to return to Gili T and see you all again. Eternally grateful for the kindness and love we received during our stay in this hidden gem.

Stayed here for 4 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with complimentary coconut’s by Ailing who couldn’t have been more welcoming and he showed us around the campsite. Throughout our stay Ailing and Danny were so friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. The tent itself was 10/10, comfy bed and lots of room with a beautiful bathroom outside which we were sceptical about before arriving but ended up being one of the best things about the glamping. It is on the quiet sunset beach so no noise at night but just a short cycle from the busier area. It also has a great seating area underneath fairy lights with a small bar. We would highly recommend staying here and had the best time! Markus and his team are really exceptional!

The tents in the day can be hot, this is being sorted shortly we have been told by shading the tents further. Everything else was great!

Tucked away and quiet behind The Exile Bar, through a clean path into nature you will find Ubuntu Glamping. The tents were spacious, immaculately clean and everything was very well presented. The bed was large and comfortable and the room had a AC and a good fan. Plenty of room in the tent. The bathroom was incredible, very sleek and modern, great water pressure and showering without a roof under the nature and trees whilst in privacy was beautiful. In the day you may see the tents are hot yet we have been told they are putting up some nice shades to cover them from the sun in the very near future. With the AC running, we found that in the evening the tent was actually cold and had to turn it back up so don't fear the initial heat. The staff are immensely friendly and really were the cherry on top. Illing looked after us and helped us with recommendations, coffee in the morning and a fresh coconut to greet us, great English and super genuine. Marcus the owner was the friendliest guy and we stayed up talking of travels and life until midnight. Thanks so much guys for making our stay incredible.

I absolutely loved my stay at Ubuntu Glamping!! The place is brand new, and you can really tell how much care went into the design. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful details that made it feel truly special. The outdoor shower was a standout. Peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to great bars and restaurants. The sunsets were absolutely stunning! Marcus, the host, was fantastic! Super friendly, helpful, and always available for tips or recommendations. He really made the stay feel easy and welcoming. It was such a relaxing and memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Perfect for a romantic getaway !! Booked this place for our anniversary and it was perfect for that . Very cute and romantic setting and so comfortable we never wanted to leave the bed. 1 minute walk from the beach with the most amazing sunset view! Had a great time and will come back next year for sure.

Hot through the day, but it is a tent so that was expected! It was a lovely, clean and convenient space and the staff were great.

The water refill system is unhygienic and way too much work, especially for people with arthritis. The water source is also questionable as it made our water bottles stink. When we stopped using it, the smell went away. The canopy at the tent entrance is a bit too low as we hit our heads against the steel bar a few times. A nightstand next to the beds would be appreciated. The free coffee situation is confusing, as I mistakenly ended up going to Exile for the free coffee, only to be woken up in the middle of night by their staff coming to my tent to request payment. Other people in the group also interpreted it that way, but maybe we didn't read properly. Lastly, we longed for a patch of grass where we could just sit or lay down.

The staff were really friendly, attentive and great company. They even walked us to the street to see us off. The location is probably the best on the island. It's peaceful and far away from crowds and noise. It's right by the sunset point beaches and comes to life every evening, in a pleasant way, before queting down at a respectable hour. All amenities are within short walking distance. The tent was huge for a 2 sleeper and we appreciated the fresh outdoorsy bathroom, as most bathrooms smell like sewage in Bali.

An incredible place. Location: Just perfect. Just one minute from the island's best sunset. It's not far from the liveliest area if that's your option, but still quiet at night. Staff: Incredible staff, very friendly. From the moment you arrive, everyone makes you feel at home. Tents: The tents are very spacious, with air conditioning, a fan, outlets for your devices, and a huge two-meter bed. Special mention for the bathroom: it's a new construction, with an open shower but a covered toilet and sink, surrounded by natural plants like the tents. Cleaning: Another 10. The room is cleaned and tidied daily, almost without you even noticing. Special mention for Markus, a great host who feels willing to lend a hand. Extra point: They welcome you with a delicious coconut.
