The staff is very kind. You don’t hear any noise from the outside even if you are in one of the main and most crowded roads of Ubud. A dive in the pool is the perfect way to finish the day. The apartment was clean. The location is great and really close to a lot of delicious warungs

A little tricky to find - down a small alleyway off the main street. Double room was quite small but perfectly clean. Small pool. Nice bathroom. Good VFM and very central to town shops, etc

Very busy street, but its right in the center on the main road. So to be expected.

Beautifull villa with lots of room and facilities. Nice staff and always available through WhatsApp. We had a problem with the boiler and they had it fixed right away. Everything is open till late in the center, 24hr supermarket next to it.

The bed was on the uncomfortable side. Wasn't able to navigate Netflix in English or change to personal Netflix account.

Loved the location and the ambiance of the property. I didn't see any other guests while I was there, though I know they existed. It was lovely and private. The room was exceptionally clean. Lovely sized bathroom. The staff were super friendly and accommodated any request with ease. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

The normal room upstairs has a big noise problem everytime someone turns on the water in the house there is a very annoying high sound in the room, day and night...we asked, it is from the waterpump, it was very bad....so we changed the room.

We upgraded the room to a Suite, this was really great! Quiet and Lots of space. The breakfast was very good, it was clean.The bed is very good and big.

The hot water system was too small so having a long hot shower was not possible. The drainage in the shower was also slow moving and appeared to be blocked with hair. The kitchen has the basics but not enough cutlery and cooking utensils. We did not cook in the room anyway so it was not an issue for this stay.

The location was great despite being a little bit further away from downturn ubud (about a kilometre or so from cocos and the monkey forest area). Even though the area was right by a busy road, the room was still very quiet. The pool was adequately sized and enough to enjoy a cool down session from the tropical heat and humidity. We booked the large deluxe suite so the extra space was worth it. The staff were super helpful and accommodating.

Quite a narrow path to reach the villa, and there are many steps to get up to the rooms, which would not be accessible for some people.

Booked this place after seeing the high rating, but it’s not quite up to the mark. The room is good, but the surroundings outside are not as beautiful as shown in the pictures. There are no ironing facilities, as mentioned. The path from the main road to the hotel is narrow and not clean. The complimentary food provided is average in taste.

It was fine place for the price. Just when we got room in the grown floor the water was only hit or cold even though it was on cold 😀 when mi friend left they moved me to different room with kings bed - it was better. Two single beds are taking to much space and it’s hard to move around than But on overall good for the money. Everything you need - just what’s app them. One really good thing - they’d a barrel with a drinkable water there in each room.

Ideal location, staff were helpful and gave us a good price for a Mount Batur sunrise hike.

Our shower had no water pressure and the water temperature changed randomly. The room smelled of moisture/mold. The only window was covered by a thick curtain which couldn't be pushed to either side. We had to hang it over a nearby shelf to get daylight in.

Friendly staff, nice room, free drinking water, well maintained pool and chill area. Thanks to being in the second row the road noise is minimal.

Need towel rails and/or additional hanging racks. (Standard facility lets you hang one towel only). Although the bedroom has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan would be lovely - so that we can stay cool without needing to run the aircon all night. Also, a ceiling fan in the dining area would make that part of the unit much more comfortable.

Location was excellent. Central to our needs. Staff are attentive and responsive. The room facilities (fridge, bottled water, kettle, microwave and kitchen facilities in general) are a fabulous addition and incredibly helpful. The pool is lovely.
