The toilets smelled badly and were also unsanitary. For the price not a problem, but still an easy fix that could make the hostel almost perfect.

The hostel is designed like a tropical paradise.

Nothing really.

The pool was nice and it felt like you were in a jungle. The tour driver they recommended was really nice and lovely. The beds have block out curtain which makes bed really dark even during day and when the light it on.

We stayed in the double bed for 2 people and it wasn’t too bad. the facilities are pretty run down but the pool and social area are lovely. the place is also very quiet so perfect to chill by the pool.

The pool area was really lovely and chill, a very nice place to spend the day. The beds were also very spacious and comfy. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms, they were very dirty and the loo seat had broken off and was on the floor. Other than that it was nice

Loved the space with all the trees and the pool. The social area in the kitchen was nice too. The staff were super friendly. The room felt damp and the aircon starting dripping for a day (which when I approached the staff to fix they fixed it promptly) there was also a few ants in the room.

It's a bit out of town (25min walk next to a busy street), but grab scooters are super cheap, so it wasn't too bad

The pool area was gorgeous, although there was some construction work just next door. The beds were comfy, the kitchen space was very handy, but it doesn't look as nice as the photos and it's not equipped well enough in my humble opinion. Couch with Netflix is a great touch for rainy days

Wifi was very bad.

Location was a bit far away from the Ubud centre but it was peaceful and quiet. A few nice restaurants and cafes around. Pool was nice.

The staff could be a little more welcoming and positive, some of them seemed like they had an attitude and were rude, need to work on customer service skills. No hand soap in bathroom, a lamp in the bedroom would help with the ambience of the room adding more warm light makes it more comfortable and cosy, especially helpful for when wanting to read in bed and wind down.

I loved the glamping temp and the grounds were lovely surrounded by rainforest and sounds of water. The pool area was great too and a good size communal kitchen and eating area with free water. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The location is good although it is a walk to the centre you can get a grab etc for cheap, I walked to the Sayuri healing food restaurant and it was a beautiful experience very nice people and food, wonderful customer service there. The living stone cafe just 5 mins walk from Ubud tropical is worth visiting for delicious ice cream and their bakery for lunch and breakfast is out of this world, staff are incredibly kind too!

Far away from the main part of ubud. Rooms very small with no lockers so all the bags were piled up around beds which you had to climb over
