All was great. Top place for relaxing and clearing your mind. Despite the river sound is louder than expected, but was manageable. Staff are very friendly and serve great food. Highly recommended for a retreat!

The view is absolutely incredible. Gazing out upon the river is magic! Listening to the river as you fall asleep is a dream come true. I can't recommend this place highly enough! The people that own the homestay are very warm and friendly, you can rent a scooter at the homestay and they'll help with any questions that you might have, the food was delicious and super cheap! The location is a little out of the way (I didn't go exploring nearby, so there may be things that I missed), but I think the little longer on the scooter heading in to Ubud is so worth it for the tranquility the room has to offer.

A nature experience it its best. Tip: to get to place you have to get down stairs. If you have a big luggage, they have a pulley from the road.

The shower’s hot water is not constant so you have to play around with it a bit, but it’s a minor inconvenience for me

The location alone is worth the stay, sleeping by a flowing river. I haven’t slept this good in a long time. The family hosts are very kind and helpful, coming here you get a little taste of Bali’s culture. There is no AC in the room, only a fan, but the area is so cool it wasn’t a problem at all: at night I slept comfortably under the blanket .

These are things that you should be aware of if booking but not actually things that we were affected by. The location is actually under a nearby bridge (not that you really hear the traffic). You are a little off the beaten track - 10-15 mins to get to a nearby village - 30 mins to Ubud Central (So great if you want to get away from the tourist centres) Access is by stairs only. Insects can access into your room, pack some mozzie spray. Hot water didn't last long, but that might have just been us. Overall though we Loved our stay here

This is likely to be one of the most unique locations to stay within Bali. You will fall asleep each night to the sounds of the river, and the animals. The Staff are extremely kind and welcoming. Breakfast is traditional and Yummy. Highly recommend you try tubing, you will go right past your accommodation. Bed is comfy but low. For us this place was perfect - But it is not a Hotel, you are glamping! If you want to immerse yourself in nature this is the place to go.

The distance from Ubud centre is 30mins without traffic. Note:Steps leading down to accomodation was good exercise for the legs- they've invented a pulley system to carry bags up and down.

View was amazing. Area was very cool compared to the rest of the places we stayed at. Very peaceful. Birds and sound of the river was so soothing. Cute little Gili (dog) was very friendly too. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Humidity, but it's to be expected considering the location (right on the river). We could use an extra couple of hangers in the room since clothes and towels don't dry fast.

What a gorgeous place. Like in the pics but better. Surrounded by nature. The most gorgeous little house of bamboo with the small river next to us and a gorgeous balcony. I want to stay there again and again and again. The staff is so very nice and accommodating. Loved it very much. Love the sound of the river....perfection

Extremely humid when it rains, especially since the cottages leak in places. Too much light at night. I prefer to sleep in the dark.

Beautiful little place with four bamboo cottages, down in a jungle canyon, right by the river. Mostly quiet, with the rushing sound of the river at all times. Lovely hosts and staff. Tasty food. Good Wi-Fi, measured at 39 Mpbs, a rarity in Bali.

Room was not clean enough, floor needs to clean better. And also I would love to have a door to the toilet 😂 and hotel is located right under the bridge , but traffic over there is not big so it did not bother me me

Quite a long drive to Ubud, a bridge nearby that you don't see on the Fotos and that made some noise, although still pretty quiet for Bali. The restaurant was cheap but the food was very basic and the portions quite small, I would not recommend having dinner here. Breakfast was fine but nothing more. The rooms haven't aged that well, light wasn't working properly but nothing too bad.

Really nice location just by the river, surrounded by rainforest. Really close to rice terrace's. Our room was clean and really comfy, they provided free ice tea and the staff in General was helpful and caring. (Also not that fluent in English). Definitely recommend it if You like being close to the nature. Also they offer a scooter rental at the Lodge.

Everything was great ! Beautiful little bungalows, located near the river, the sound of water was calming to me... The bungalow was very confortable, we were pleasantly surprised, it was even better than expected. Really nice people also, helpful, smiling and good cooking (mom and daughters as well). I just sat there, read a book, ate well, listen to nature, and that felt so nice ! I haven't had the possibility to do that for so long.. thanks to the team for everything, we would have stayed longer if we didn't have other plans already. Keep up the great work!

The stairs down from the road are numerous and quite steep. Thankfully I had some help to get my suitcase down, and back up. The menu could have a few extra options as there are no other restaurants nearby. But both those things are counter balanced by the natural beauty of the place.

Superb location. Very zen and idealic. The sound of the river as you fall asleep is beautiful. The family that run it are lovely and did their absolute best to accommodate any needs.

We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer . The bamboo house was perfect . It had everything we need and the view was amazing. The sounds is the river , the lush jungle . I sat by the river and read my book , was perfect .

In terms of how the manage the food, it's still bali. but they do their best with the resources they have.

The cabin was beautiful. It looks very new and clean. Amazing view. Managed by the owner, she is very friendly and helpful. She organised taxi for me, hiring a motorbike an anything I needed. She cook my breakfast and it was delicious.

The place, the structure but mostly the people and the feelings are an absolute blessing for every traveller ang human being...you ll leave a piece of your heart there and go back home with a piece of theirs...highly reccomended ...susksma for everything , priceless experience
