The room could be cleaner. A bit far from the city centre but you could use grab to go there. There wasa very big cell tower just behind the hotel that didn't appear on the photos.

The swimming pool was fantastic and the room was big. Breakfast was good too. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant served good food and had many options to choose from.

The property location is very easily accessible for many places. The room is very spacious with all accessories. The staffs are very friendly and 24x 7 available. The restaurant is neat and variety of dishes for breakfast. We need to order dinner by evening. They arrange day tour with affordable price.

The Restaurant menu did not have much food choices. The breakfast choices very limited and mainly Indian style( rice and curry etc ) . Only served white bread which was not fresh. The gym facility it’s mainly for decoration. Most Equipments not working .

There was no king/queen size bed. They didn’t write that on Booking.com. The room was a bit dusty. Especially under the bed. And I’m not so sure about the towels, they didn’t smell clean.

Wood desk of swimming pool need to be changed. Huge 4g phone antena rigth behind the hotel . Bed wood corners are easy to get hurt from.

The gym feels more like a decorative feature, as it lacks the necessary equipment for a proper workout and likely wouldn't meet the needs of regular gym-goers.

They offer a floating breakfast service with a small exchange task, and the breakfast is well-balanced and tasty. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always greet you with a smile. The pool is clean, as is the rest of the property, and they even provide free bicycles for guests to use.

Breakfast was not good, mostly Indian dishes and no much continental options. Jam and juice were not fresh and fruits platter was watermelon only.

Nice big room and nice big pool in a convenient location if you want to be out of town.

Demanding writing a review too much… In the room, many bugs and ants. There was dust in the bathroom everyday. It was not cleaned up..

The buffet breakfast could have been a bit better but fortunately you can also order good breakfast meal from the restaurant for really cheap!

The Staff was really nice. The room was perfect: big and clean with a balcony. There is a pool and a gym. We had a very nice stay there. They even offer activities for free such as Yoga, Canang Sari Class or trecking when the weather is good!! Loved this hotel!

- some areas were dangerously slippery in the rain - slight mould smell when walking in but not overbearing and you expect it slightly - hot and water pressure didn’t last long. My 3 kids and husband got it but I would miss out - it says 15mins to Ubud but it was more like 25-30 in traffic. No close places for food away from the hotel except the coffee shop within walking - breakfast was more Indonesian and like a lunch or dinner. Toast only had butter, no egg, but the kids loved the corn fritters. We ended up buying Nutella and using it on toast and pancakes when they did them for the kids. Kids also loved the noodles

- lovely well maintained pool and gardens! Lovely cabana to relax in. Usually very quiet around the pool (except my kids!) - spacious and clean rooms - very friendly staff! - great price for what you get! - mini mart and coffee shop within walking distance. Coffee shop next door was amazing coffee! And that’s from a Melbourne coffee lover
