Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The location of the hotel is beautiful. We had the 2 rooms with private pool. You reach the hotel by a steep stairs but the staff is very helpful to get your luggage up and down. The breakfast was lovely. The staff very friendly and facilitating. Rooms are very clean, and beds are very comfortable.

The staff was amazing. Adi Yoga took very good care of the room and the breakfast. I loved the nasi goreng especially. The view is gorgeous and the value for money is great. Not a luxury stay, but comfortable enough.

I really like this place because it's good for relaxing, the views are perfect the greenery and fresh air. It's feels like your in the middle of the jungle.

United KingdomService was not great. We ordered floating breakfast which they forgot. On the last day they brought the floating breakfast, left them in the pool without us being there and turned on the cascade, the breakfast went into cascade and everything was wet. On the last evening they turned off the lights in the pool, so we could not enjoy the evening. They did not changed the towels at all, so once we left them on the floor thinking that this is the way they would change them, but they picked up from the floor, put on the rail for us to use them again. The room was quite messy after cleaning as well. We came for honeymoon and stayed for 3 nights but were very happy to go somewhere else after 3 days. Another thing was that there were many ants and cockroaches outside. The kitchen area was outside so we could not use it. In the kitchen there were no cutlery or glasses, just pots and pans…
Location, villa itself and the view was amazing. Don’t book it if you cannot do a lot of stairs

NetherlandsDon’t hesitate to book! Some small things that could have made it a 10 are: there are some small repairs that need attention. A lose crane, few missing tiles in pool, a musty smell in one of the rooms if airco was turned off and the pebbles in shower looks great but are not convenient to stand on.
We had 2 rooms with a private pool. The view was amazing. The room was nice, the pool (there is even a second bigger pool that also can be used) was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Quite piece of paradise in busy Ubut.

Not too far from Ubud centre, and convenient enough to get a Gojek bike hire to get you to the centre. The room was more than spacious, and the team cleaned the room every day.
