The facilities were amazing and very clean. Staff outstanding, always smiling and genuinely interested in us and our wellbeing. So friendly whilst remaining professional to a high standard. We stayed in the Jasmine villa and it was exceptional with a beautiful pool - and LOVED the outdoor shower! Meals at the restaurant were great, with a good variety. Lots of activities on offer on the resort. Brilliant stay! Would 100% come again!

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! It was the perfect getaway we were looking for, tucked away in a peaceful jungle setting that felt like a true retreat. The food was absolutely delicious, with a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning and very reasonably priced dinners at the restaurant. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, always going the extra mile. A real standout was their incredible service, we accidentally left something behind when heading to Canggu, and after contacting the villa they responded within half an hour. They found our item and arranged for it to be sent to us the same afternoon via GoSend. We were so impressed by their care and efficiency. This villa provided the perfect combination of relaxation, great food, and outstanding hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

When we were dining in the evening, the mosquitoes were a problem. But if you wear long-sleeve clothing you can avoid that.

The room was very nice! The location of the hotel is not the best, but there is a shuttle to Ubud and a big territory within the hotel itself with lots of activities to explore every day! We experienced the free Power yoga/pilates class, and I can say that this exercise may be difficult for people who are not that athletic. The food at the restaurant was great with big variety and lots of healthy options! The breakfasts were amazing too!

There is no sound insulation in the rooms so you can hear the next room when they speak.

If I had to pick I would say more sun loungers that have sun all day in the communal pool areas would be the only improvement. But honestly the hotel is amazing!

The property is stunning, great pools and facilities. Wellness center and gym was great. Free shuttle into central ubud was easy to book onto. The yoga sessions outside were fantastic every morning (the instructors were amazing) as well as the evening activities on the rooftop. I’ll definitely be back for another visit with my partner.

Lovely Balinese style Villa hotel with huge private villas with its own private pool. About 15 mins south of Ubud so out of the shocking traffic of Ubud. Staff wonderful and has activities program & yoga

Loved everything about it. It's abit out of town which can take some time to travel when it's busy but it's also very quiet so worth it.

The accommodation looks like in the photos, though a bit more aged in reality. We received a warm welcome, and the room was big and clean. The pool was nice, but the water was quite cold. Food was average overall. There are several complimentary activities offered, which is a great bonus — we tried a few and they were well organized. We also used the massage service at the hotel, but unfortunately, it wasn’t very special and quite expensive compared to options in the city, where you can get the same service for half the price. The same goes for the food: in Ubud, you can find better quality and more variety for lunch and dinner at much more affordable prices. It would be a nice gesture from the hotel to offer a shower facility for guests with late-night or long-haul flights. Toward the end of our stay, we felt a bit unwelcome, as the staff seemed impatient while we were getting ready to leave in the lobby before our airport transfer.

This stunning hotel is nestled in the heart of the tropical forest. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a view of the large pool with waterfall. The free shuttle service to Ubud's center is convenient. We didn't try the other services offered, such as yoga classes, spa, or gym. For dinner, we dined at the hotel's restaurant and enjoyed some excellent Balinese dishes. Good breakfast too. The staff is extremely kind and efficient. Highly recommended!

The room had no view

We were on honeymoon. The bed & bathtub were well prepared and decorated. The service, staff and place are perfect. Everyone was very friendly, and helping. It was a great stay. The room was nice, and clean. We were afraid of bugs/insects but there were none.

Splendid stay for holidays, I love love love this resort. The space is super clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The view and atmosphere of the whole resort is amazing and feels like we are living in the tropical forest. The staffs are amazing as well, especially to our breakfast staff, Dendi and Dita, super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening as well, incredible and fresh food served by wonderful staff. I’m in love with Nyuh Bali.

Beautiful resort with lots of activities to keep busy during the day. The yoga spaces were gorgeous to practice in. A visit to the spa is well worth it too. Great breakfast included.
