A cozy feeling with lot of plants and a very nice pool/breakfast area. The staff were lovely, and we liked that they offered to clean our room and took care of our laundry. Also, very nice they had a filter water tap. The location was absolutely perfect!!

Bathroom door creaks quite loudly and you can hear your neighbor opening/closing the door. Aside from that, it’s quiet.

Great location, close to the main street of Kuta, Lombok, but far enough away to have a relaxing holiday. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast each day included in the booking was so yummy! Great value for money and the outdoor shower was so good! You can rent scooters from the property for as little as $7 per day and the rock wall in the pool was a good challenge. Highly recommend this property for your stay. We can't wait to come back!

There's no food after 8pm which is quiet early.

Location was great, close but far enough from the loud centre. The facilities were great, our room big and comfortable and friendly staff. We also enjoyed their welcome book with lots of recommendations of places to visit! Also, their tree house style chill area /restaurant was incredible.

I loved my stay at Twiny’s hotel. Great price for what you are getting. Clean, spacious room. Massive bathroom with all amenities you need. Scooter rental at the property. Fantastic location. You can book shuttle to the airport or anywhere you need.

For anyone sensitive to noise at night, this is a great place to stay. The call to prayer from the nearby mosque was barely audible. The beds are large and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

While most staff was friendly, some didn't even say good Morning or look my way - service otherwise was good. Partially open air bathroom is great until you have a wasp building a nest in yours - as someone with a fear of insects, it was sometimes a bit of a challenge to use the bathroom during the day, because that insect was ALWAYS there (no stinging though, just presence).

Our stay in Twiny's was perfect to finish our stay in Lombok: The surf hotel is located in the heart of Kuta with great spas and delicious restaurants really close by. The facility is big, with many little individual houses and partially open air bathrooms. The rooms are big enough for two, extremely cosy and nicely decorated, with a little balcony to chill on surrounded by green gardens and plants. Breakfast can be eaten at the restaurant or the room, with a decent amount of choices. The pool is directly connected to the restaurant and even has underwater seatings for a pool bar - which was really cool to see (didn't really use the pool though, so cannot comment on the quality). Staff mostly friendly, one helped me with a gigantic spider in my room (not venomous). My highlight were as always the animals living on site, 3 dogs and one cat that came to our room a couple of times for snuggles. Motorbikes can be rented directly at hotel (would be better if these would have more gas than 1 our of 5 though).

Pros: Twinys is perfectly located in Lombok. The staff are lovely! Cons: Unfortunately the vegan breakfast options are potentially not vegan at all. We were told after eating the ‘toast and jam’ for a few mornings that the jam had honey in it. Only other negative is the half open bathroom. Since we visited in the rainy season it just meant that the bathroom was constantly wet/dirty

Its a little thing, but there was only one place to hang our clothes, which was small. Maybe a small refrigerator would be nice.

Twinys is located not directly and the main Kuta street, so that was a plus. The staff here was extremely helpful and nice, we also rented a bike through them with no problems. We also went to Xeno gym which is a nice benefit. You can also book a airport taxi through them. The bungalow was just amazing, everything was clean and nicely organized. We had a pleasant honeymoon stay :)
