The property is beautiful and they take good care of the pool.

I was staying in the middle duplex villa with 2 floors for 4 days. Honestly, the villa was really dirty. I didn’t move in earlier. Especially kitchen and bathroom - really filthy. It’s not that they were in a rush, but you can really tell that it wasn’t cleaned properly for quite a while. No one replaced the towels in four days. Also, if you value privacy and quiet spaces, it may not be the best option too. If you stay on the ground floor, you will wake up at night to the sound of some kind of motor (either a generator or some other device, not bikes). On my last night, guests from another villa violated the quiet hours rules and as a result I couldn't sleep before my flight. This is not controlled by any of the workers. The villa has a boiler and only one person has enough time to wash with hot water

Beautiful cosy accommodation, such an oasis of peace between the busy street and the housing estate. The accommodation was clean, spacious, the pool was smaller, but it was enough for refreshment. Whatever we needed, everything was sorted out within a few minutes via whatsapp, the staff always responded very quickly. Breakfast was always delivered by courier every morning. You can rent a scooter directly at the accommodation.

the location of the accommodation is not in the best place, but the noise from the street is quite well isolated.

From the moment we booked, communication was excellent! Staff was friendly and accommodating. the Cabin was great and kitted out with everything you could want. Will definitely stay here again! (Niken)

Beautiful units and it's great that you can order anything in grab. So, the stay is still convenient if you need to work from home. Taxi/bike also is arriving there. There is also a beach club in 10 minutes walk.

It's a little bit far from all activity, though If you ride a bike/car I think there'll be zero problems with location, you will be able to reach anything. Water pressure was not good sometimes (especially hot).

Beautiful, peaceful and truly relaxing stay. Waking up to the sound of birds every morning was amazing. The whole place has a serene, tropical vibe, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and cozy. The pool area is lovely and perfect for relaxing, and the staff is incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and I loved the attention to detail in every corner of the property. It felt like a little oasis tucked away, yet still close enough to explore everything around.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, the signal wasn’t strong or stable enough, especially if you need to work online. But apart from that, everything was just perfect. I had a wonderful time and definitely plan to come back!

The pictures don’t do this place and the staff justice. You just have to be there to know it’s amazing and picturesque. The staff are you helpful and attentive! The location is great if you want a somewhat remote and less busy experience. There are two big resorts with spas and beach clubs withing 5 mins drive. There’s are a few other big ones withjnf 30mins. Accommodation comes with appliances and even a blender and water dispenser 😊 I will be back and never leave! Dicky was welcoming. The shower pressure and hot water but that’s so minor.

These villas are in a quiet location, close to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds comfortable, air conditioning. Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful newly built villas. It has everything you need - kitchen, living room, bed room and bathroom. Nice pool too.

Location is close to Malesti beach but very far from city centre. No restaurants around. A motorbike taxi takes about 20 minutes to get to Uluwatu's city centre.

Simple and different. Had the character missing from mid-range templated hotels. In keeping with the more relaxed locale. All conveniences were available, mineral water dispenser, cooking facilities, crockery, glassware cutlery. Loved the simple kitchen & living area design. We only did two nights. But I can see this also appealing to people needing a longer stay local base.

Very little not to like. Perhaps a design consideration might be an upstairs lighting control option. A toaster would have perfectly completed a very functionally equipped kitchen.

The villa had a stunning design, with beautifully maintained gardens and a serene pool area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. The location was also perfect, offering privacy yet being close to key attractions.
