The shower in the room was right next to the toilet and it got the entire toilet wet including the bathroom floor wet. The included breakfast was not great, but the coffee was good.

It is difficult to hail grab cars from the property at times, as the car will have to drive through a tiny alley to get to the property.

Great service from all staff members, they were able to answer all my queries and assisted me to book a grab when I couldn’t find my destination on the app. The rice field view from the balcony was beautiful, a lovely view to wake up to every morning. The pool area is very well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast that comes with the stay

The flooding bathrooms (it’s an open space - once you take a shower the entire bathroom turns into a pond, it’s wet for a long time and a bit dangerous)

The walls are thin so it was a bit distracting when we had to work for a few days because you could hear some kids screaming (they could have been neighbors rather than guests since we didn’t really see kids). WiFi was sometimes great and sometimes not good. The bathroom and shower are level so once you shower the entire bathroom gets soaked so you’d get wet when you go back in for the toilet or to brush your teeth.

Really comfortable beds, which was a godsend considering we were sick and spent a lot of time in bed. The food was really good and the vibe of the place was great. Convenient location. WiFi was sometimes great and sometimes not good. Friendly staff and great hospitality. Complimentary bottled water. Nice pool even though we didn’t use it because we were sick.

It would be easier to shower if the shower had removable shower head and a curtain. But it is not the end of the world.

Staying at this hotel in Ubud was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I booked through Booking.com and wasn’t expecting to be this impressed. The location is absolutely ideal — it’s central and close to everything you might need, yet it still offers the peaceful, relaxing vibe that Ubud is famous for. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-decorated with beautiful Balinese touches that made it feel cozy and authentic. Every corner of the property is well maintained, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. What truly made the difference was the staff — everyone was so kind, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely warm. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also booked an in-house massage, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — calming, professional, and exactly what I needed. If I could give more than 10, I absolutely would. No shower curtain. The bathroom would get soaked after the showering. Location is not bad, but to get to any good restaurants/bars/landmarks you would need to go by car or scooter. Also, walls are not the tickest, we heard our loud neighbours one night.

Lovely small hotel. Staff is amazing, they made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast is really nice. Beds and pillows are very comfy. Overall vibe is great. We loved small restarurant where you could also order food outside of breakfast, it was very convinient to have it in the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

We loved everything about the property. The room and facility very clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly and very helpful, good value for the price, quiet, and comes with breakfast included. Very nice location near the rice fields but a short walk to the business center. There’s also a nice restaurant a few steps away where we had dinner twice. Highly recommended to family and friends visiting Ubud. Thank you for having us!

Perhaps a minor detail. The stairs going down from lobby to the rooms can be very tricky for old people or kids. It’s too steep.

Pillows : Would have liked a lower profile option. Far too thick for me. Bath towels getting a bit old, some new ones would be ideal. (They were not uncleaned, just a little old) Sheer curtains could also do with an upgrade in room 12, as they were stained.

The only inconvenience was the shower: keep in mind the water pressure and that there’s no protection, so your bathroom might get wet. But we didn’t mind — overall, it’s a really great place to stay.

Really good quality for the price. The staff is extremely friendly, especially a girl at the reception. They arranged my laundry and stored my bag for 3 days while I was traveling in the north. Breakfast was phenomenal. Clean room, without the annoying smell you often find in many hotels in Bali.

No official vegan options, not enough umbrellas by the pool.

Good breakfast in the morning but missing vegan options. They made it work but basically I only had choice of 1 meal every day (oat milk was there but extra fee). Tofu, Tempeh etc would be appreciated to keep you full. Staff very helpful and understanding, we had our flight rescheduled and nights were partially moved. Rooms cleaned every day and very friendly.
