Everything, staff, views, service… everything was fantastic and thank you to the team for all of their efforts during our 2 week stay.

The hotel is beautiful and full of history. Its location is amazing as it is just some steps away for Canggu beach, also in a street full of nice bars and restaurants. The hotel food is delicious, although a little more expensive, it is really worth it, in Europe you don't get this quality for the price. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, they are super friendly and welcoming.

Our room had a big leak on the cealing which cause one of us to get water in the face while sleeping pn a rainy night. I did told the staff but they didn't do anything about it. Make sure to check your room before you settle.

The size of the bed

Was just renovating, not clean in common spaces, pool area not usable, old school bali style

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms, the grounds, just stunning. The staff are so lovely and friendly!

Sadly they were renovating the roof while we were there. We had no idea about this at the time of booking, so there was a lot of noise during the day and we couldn't really use the pool as it was right next to the roof they were constructing. Another thing which is outside the control of the hotel is it is a few steps away from 2 bars/clubs that have music blaring until 5am every night. Lots of mozzies get into the room, so use bets and mozzies spray.

Breakfast was good. They delivered it to the room and I was able to order as much as I liked. Taste was good too.

The hotel was under renovation and maintenance was not that great. The lobby was entirely inaccessible, reducing the charm of the hotel. I wasn't informed about the renovation. When I told them about my dissatisfaction they gave me two hours of complimentary massage as compensation. I also ended up paying double for taxi service as I was wrongfully assisted by staff.

Beautiful property but busy with renovations which intrude on your enjoyment of the hotel.

Reno, WiFi didn’t hardly worked in our room. No privacy at pool. Not all plugs worked in our room. Weren’t told about renovations when we booked.

Traditional hotel Super lovely staff Villa with private pool was gorgeous Room was beautiful super comfy bed !!! Location Breakfast was amazing Outdoor Private bathroom Japanese restaurant 10/10 Afternoon tea included for hotel guests . The rooftop was great Nice big outdoor swimming pool

Some renovation at the time but not too disruptive

The location is exceptional, also the staff…they will do everything possible to make your stay A1

It is old although very well maintained. Some renovations also underway although they kept noise to a minimum.

The comfort, the location, the calm

There were some construction /maintenance next to the swimming pool area so it was noisy but a hotel staff asked for a 1 hour stop so that I could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere

1- Fast wifi 2- Large room 3- Mini bar and some fruits

1- Unbearably slow check-in 2- Impossible to sleep in the room due to party music from nearby cafes. Lasted from 2pm to 2am. It is not hotel’s fault, but nevertheless important to mention. 3- Sheets were dirty and had a “damp” smell, very unpleasant 4- Staff seemed a bit lost and uncoordinated 5- A few ours after I checked into the room, a male staff member just entered my room. I cannot possibly imagine what they needed, but I asked them to just close the door. 6- Price is ridiculous for what you are getting. Will not be staying again.

The paving at the plunge pool area, quite difficult to get in and out of the water (at our age) Also the low sunk path made it difficult for us oldies to get in and out with nothing to hang onto

Everything! The grounds are absolutely stunning - so beautiful to get lost in. Very close to the beach and easy walking distance for everywhere in Canggu. My room was stunning, with an unforgettable bathroom! The pool is an oasis. Breakfast options are varied and all delicious. The beautiful spa and amazing treatment options were fantastic. All the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and are so welcoming and friendly and the traditional Bali dancing on Thursday nights is incredible!
