Our sink broke one night, but they immediately repaired it the next day.

We had a great stay at Tri Putri Homestay. It’s not directly located in the center, so it’s more quiet and even the main strip is within walking distance (10 mins). The scooter rental and laundry service is fast and cheap. Totally recommend staying here and it’s worth the cost/price value.

There were construction noises all the time over days right in front of our room. In our room was just a bed nothing more, one day before leaving we received a small couch. I received the laundry that I gave them with a lot of new stains and it didn’t look cleaned at all. Nobody was feeling sorry for destroying my clothes… Some people of the staff were a little lost

They close the gate at night (probably for safety which is good) but if you come home late or wanna go early to see the sunrise, you can‘t open it:/

The other employees were difficult to talk to and to ask for help. They didn't seem to want to help us. The room was fine but there were just some little things like very little water pressure from the shower, no place to hang your clothes/towels, quite some mosquitos, no soap to wash your hands. But if you don't mind these little things then it's more that a good stay.

The location is great. Easy 10-15 walk to all the restaurants and bars. We could rent scooters and they arranged transport for us from the boat and to the ferrys. The owner was amazing and very sweet. Breakfast was good to. We ate the pancakes and that was great. Spacious room. Good value for money.

We had little to no water pressure or hot (not even lukewarm) water everyday. Staff was really nice but lack of communication between everyone made arrangements a bit tricky. We used the laundry service and a couple items went missing, luckily we found them before we left. Same for booking a taxi to go to our next accommodation, we were told it was 250.000 rupiah for each traveler and not for the whole car which doesn’t make any sense so we had to cancel it after we were told the price.

Very quiet and well located if you’re looking to stay away from the crazyness of the main street in Kuta (but its still within walking distance). The room was spacious and clean.

Monkeys were running through the bungalow during the night - it's not the honestay's fault, but might be scary for some travelers.

They mentioned it is possible to pay by card but it's not their pin device works sometimes. They say you need to pay cash but the transaction costs and fee's you need to pay by yourself! Really strange if their pin device is not working that they make it my problem and not their problem! In our opinion it was more fair that the fee what we paid to atm to get cash they paid, by reducing the price! That is more fair we try to explain but he didn't understand! They also charge you 3% extra fee if you pay by card be aware!

The room was perfect, and the walking distance to the centre was good 5-10 minutes!

Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower. Not a huge deal though!

The staff are so friendly and really made our stay special, always smiling, saying good morning/good afternoon and greeting me by my name. The breakfast was so convenient and we didn’t get sick of it over our 10 night stay as there was plenty of options. They will also give you some yellow watermelon if they have it available with your breakfast. The pool was always clean and there’s plenty of shade so you can enjoy the pool at anytime of the day without getting burnt. There is also a minimart connected to the reception which is so convenient. The bed was big and comfy and the room was spacious and clean. There was also no mosquitos around which was nice because that’s obviously a common issue in Indonesia. The moped rental was very cheap. The laundry was cheap and convenient. Would stay here again and have recommended to friends.
