Unfortunately the room is quite dirty in somehow the top of wardrobe is full of some black dust seems they only clean the area you can see The bathroom is very basic with low quality and bedding is poor General speaking just think it as a sleep place

Center of island is nice and quiet but not next to water. Not a huge deal. No breakfast.

Nothing really.

I stayed in a one bedroom suite with separate living room and open plan kitchen. Very spacious bedroom with comfy bed. Aircon in both rooms, TV, big fridge and all the usual equipment. Everything worked as it should. Good size bathroom with good lighting. Property has its own gate and small but decent swimming pool and sunbeds which I never used due to raining season. Quiet area around 5min walking to the main road and beach. Cafes and restaurants around within walking distance as well. Great communication with helpful host Aziz.

No hot water but it was hot on the island so that is standard. A few power outages, but that was the whole island.

Great and helpful staff, played music and were very chill, showed us to our room. Huge bed and the a/c worked well. Very long and warm saltwater pool which was enjoyable. Great pizza restaurant next door which was excellent. Conveniently located to get to most of the island by bicycles, which they rent to you. They also help you book tours.

Slow breakfast. Very bad services. I asked for bycicle many months before and remind them 1 days before, but although that no available. They lost part of the laundry. Everything ok but don't ask for any other services.

Centrally located on Gili T, this hotel is just a stones throw away from anywhere you would need to go on the island. You can also rent bicycles to make it even easier! The owners are some of the friendliest people we have met over 4 months of travel. The rooms are clean and have big, comfy beds with AC. The pool is also a bonus!

There was an overbooking where they asked me to leave to accomadate a new booking when I was halfway through my stay which was strange but they soon sorted, I think whoever is managing the back Office needs to co ordinate better with the staff - they are friendly great guys but they seem misinformed from the ops manager a lot, I also tried to book direct yesterday as a returning customer to which they told me they were fully booked even though booking,com was showing available, I didn’t want to book just incase it was a repeat of last time when they had an over booking.

I loved my stay here, the hotel itself and the staff are amazing 😻 just makesure you get a room near reception if you want to the wifi to reach your room.

The room could be abit cleaner- quite dusty! They were doing building work in our room at very random times- sometimes 11:30pm which was abit odd.

Great room in Gili T.Bed was very comfy and aircon was great. The pool area is also very nice! It was a 20 min walk from the pier and close to all the restaurants on the east side. We were close to turtle point which is a great snorkel spot. We hired bikes from the hotel which was easy and great to see the island.

Room 1 had a weird smell in the bathroom, but the staff did everything to get rid of it. They were really helpful.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool is nice clean. In front of the rooms are bean bags which makes it very nice to chill outside and at the pool.

There were lots of flies - not just at the property but the whole island.

The property had a lovely pool with a good seating area. The staff were lovely and helped us with hiring bikes to go round the island. The location was good.
