Having to leave

Wow wow wow. We stayed in 6 different accommodations during our stay in Bi but this one was our favourite. The staff were certainly the most warm and welcoming we experienced. It was our daughter’s 19th birthday and the staff made it the most perfect and special birthday ever. The room was decorated gorgeously and 4 other the staff came to the room with a cake and sang happy birthday. The location is excellent and walking distance to lots of great venues. The food at the restaurant was great and we ate there for many of our meals. We went to a superb restaurant nearby called Bambu. Everyone in our family voted this our best stay due to the wonderful staff.

Bathroom was not not comfortable water was running around which could be improved however rest was perfect , clean and well organised .Please do not take take negative it is suggestion for improvement.

Service was very good and people very friendly and quick response , only concern is breakfast which is acceptable however it could be improved , because everything was added with sweets , there could be better breads and cheese for longer period breakfast would have been boring.Thank you for so good service and care.

The only small recommendation would be to provide a small clothes hanger/ washing line for wet clothes to dry outside

This place is a little gem - perfect location Great rooms, great staff, great pools, great food!! Clean+++ We stayed in a private bungalow and it made the stay even more special. Short 10 minute walk to the beach which is clean and great for trying out surfing. We paid for the Bali night experience with the dancers and Indonesian menu - it was outstanding! All the staff are great - this includes the gardeners, cleaners, chefs, reception, security and waiters/ waitresses. Outstandingly clean! A special mention to Tangas - who was exceptional in helping us with the reservation and took us to the market before our fantastic cooking lesson with Chef Oka - we had an amazing time with you both! Tony - you should be very proud of your team - We will return!

Some construction going on during our stay but noise was kept to a minimum and only between certain hours.

Hidden gem off a busy street. Walking distance from popular beach and shopping. Comfortable bungalow with excellent breakfast included in the price.

The facility feels old and could use some renovation - which they were doing at some parts already and because of that there was noice during the day but it was okay as I didn’t spend much time at the room.

I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay overall. They upgraded me to a bungalow for free which was very nice. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good with many options. I especially liked the spa, had a very good massage there.

Construction work everywhere and will be glad when it is finished but not too disturbing Staff so helpful and friendly .THEY GO OVERTHE TOP !They have a brilliant philosophy and it is to be commended Food excellent esp breakfasts although with tax and alcohol pricey!

Absolutely loved the pools and grounds, staff amazing couldn’t do enough for us. Food for breakfast spectacular amazing choice and really fresh and tasty. The only downside was the condition of the room it really needed some TLC. Really rough around the edges but they are updating so I’m sure in time this will be addressed.

It was going under renovations which wasn’t a biggie It was the nightclub out & across rd that you could still hear all hours … not loud but that base thump noise of music.

The staff are amazing, especially in the restaurant. So helpful & attentive. They. Opulent do enough for you. We had late night flight and they accomodate by letting your bags stay at reception after checkout & you’re allowed to continue to use the facilities & even shower before going to airport. We had also booked zoo through them & the driver Wijana was the best! Such a lovely polite guy who was happy to talk about the country etc as we went past.

Sadly the king bed in the one bedroom pool suite was terribly uncomfortable. After the first night, I asked the team if they would be able to put a mattress topper on to soften the bed, which they gladly did, but unfortunately it wasn't enough. I am used to a very soft mattress, so some may like the firmer option, but after five days, I was quite stiff and sore. It is my only complaint, everything else was so delightful and it wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Just off the main street, down a vine lined driveway, you enter this hidden gem, a gorgeous resort oasis of luscious plants! Its quite unexpected. The staff are all so wonderful and friendly, never failing to greet you with a hello, pulling out your chair when dining at the restaurant, and paying attention to the small details, like your name and coffee preference. They are also very responsive to any room issues. My partner and I stayed five nights, during which time it was my birthday, and I was presented with a cake while the restaurant staff sang happy birthday at breakfast on my special day. The food is delicious and well priced, as are the cocktails, especially at happy hour. We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa, and didn't really take full advantage of the resorts other pools, but on the one occasion we did, it was at the pool bar. The rooms are very private, we didn't hear any noise from other guests. Each villa is well thought out, with adequate clothes hanging and luggage storage. The bathrooms are to die for! Our villa had a sky light above the shower with an exit to the private pool directly from the bathroom. It felt like you were bathing outside. The bath in the middle in the bathroom is a little annoying to manoeuvre around to get to the toilet. The location is perfect, walking distance to beach bars, fine dining and local cafes and amenities. There isn't beach access close by, it's a short walk through an alley way, which wasn't a problem for us, but something to consider if you would like a morning walk on the beach. Many rooms were being renovated during our stay, which we had been pre warned about, but the construction was kept very tidy and the noise did not impact us. Can highly recommend the spa, I had the most delightful 2 hour massage for more than a reasonable price.

We have no complaints!

The staff were amazing. Nothing was any trouble. They were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The breakfast options were great and delicious. The room was clean. The resort was lovely and quiet tucked away from the busy Main Street. Good facilities.
