Zar and everyone at Tiu Oasis are so friendly and accommodating. Every time I stay they go above and beyond to make it enjoyable. Best value for money in a great location and a beautiful villa. Can’t wait to stay again next year

It’s out of town by a long way so you need your own transport. We used a driver from the hotel who ripped us off to take us one night. Curtains are paper thin and our plunge pool was really dirty. Quite expensive for what you actually got, so wouldn’t return

Tiu Oasis is a small really beautiful resort. Everything is stylish. The staff is great! They arranged for a free yoga class and a ride for me. The breakfast was good and we’ve had some great cocktails.

Communication could be better and would made our stay much nicer and without surprises. Be aware of prices and double check it!

Beautiful small boutique accommodation. Staff helpful and friendly. We hired our motorbike from them which was very convenient. You can walk to the main road it’s approx 10 minutes, 15-20 minutes to beach and western style cafes/ restaurants. We drove to most surf beaches and the roads are amazing with hardly any traffic. We love Kuta Lombok and will definitely be back! 🌴☀️💋

The road from the villa to main road is very bumpy but we managed on the bike without issues.

Super accessible - close enough to Kuta to walk / ride in but far enough out to not be too busy

We loved the little huts - they were very comfortable. The pool was nice and the kids loved jumping from the steps. The staff were lovely too and the breakfast good with a great choice. I was a bit worried about the location when booking as we weren’t planning to rent a car or bike but this wasn’t a problem at all. We had a lovely driver called Ebry that the hotel recommended. Walking to the main road was also ok.

We stayed in one of the villas for one night and although nice it needs a bit of maintenance and an upgrade. A minor thing but the sinks in both the huts and the villa could have been cleaned better and needed a deep clean (a lot of brown muck on the drain).

We stayed for 7 nights in one of the villas at Tiu Oasis. At first glance, it’s a beautiful and intimate hotel. Definitely very photogenic and Instagram-worthy. However, upon entering the villa, we immediately noticed it wasn’t very clean. It looked fine on the surface, but the floors felt dirty, the tile grout was grimy, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, visible mold around the toilet, and stains on some of the towels. The place could really use a deep clean, followed by consistent upkeep. We were traveling as a couple with our 13-year-old son and therefore used the sofa bed downstairs. Unfortunately, this was not a comfortable place to sleep. The roller blinds on the front window let in a lot of light, and the other windows didn’t have any curtains at all, making it hard to call this a proper sleeping space. In our opinion, the villa is more suitable for 2 people. The villa is attached to another unit and very poorly soundproofed. Combined with the single-pane windows, you can hear everything from both inside and outside. Location-wise: the property is down a bumpy dirt road, but it’s manageable by scooter, which we could easily rent directly from the villa. There’s a lot of construction going on in the area, but we didn’t find it too disruptive. The swimmingpool and area was amazing and clean. Never crowded. Breakfast is an area that could definitely be improved. The coffee was not great, the yogurt on our last day had gone bad, and the juices were so diluted they barely had any flavor. The pain au chocolat was delecious on the other hand. And the guy who made the breakfast always very kind! On a positive note, the staff deserve a 10/10. They were incredibly kind and helpful. When our son’s beloved stuffed animal accidentally got taken with the laundry, one of the staff members went out of their way to retrieve it late in the evening which we truly appreciated. Overall, we give our stay a 6.5/10. Our 13-year-old son gives it an 8 😉.

It’s a small hotel but very well made, beautiful and calm. The staff is adorable and helpful, especially Zar the owner.

The path to the hotel is not the best, but is a minor thing. I totally recommend this place!

The room was comfortable, clean, and well designed. Pool and bar area made for a perfect place to relax after exploring the island. Lastly, the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant!

the staff didn’t necessarily make it feel like a welcoming/community space. It felt more like self contained villas, which is fine - just not what we were expecting. The rooms could be better appointed with things such as tea towels/ more hanging racks

At first sight it looked beautiful. The pools were nice and the place was spacious.

The details and finishings are not well maintained. The shower drain was dirty, the towels smelled clean but were discolored and contained visible spots, on the walls along the air conditioner the paint was discolored.. Was definitely not the worst, but could’ve been way better.

The hotel is lovely and very beautiful. The staff are great and really helpful. We had a great stay.

Best if you’re there with friends because there’s not much atmosphere if you were alone ( it was perfect for us tho)

Unfortunately there was a lot of construction noise and the mattress was very hard.
