The Staff around Yakup and his uncle Are amazing and these two really welcomed us as family. Rooms were more than decent and all people were fun, kind and helpful. if you get the chance to eat in the ricefields, don’t hesitate. Amazing view and the best curry you can imagine. A solid 12 out of 10!!!

Jakub is a super friendly, welcoming and humorous guy at this cozy homestay. Just spent a night there after trekking Rinjani, but would have loved to stay longer. Go there and support them, they are great!

I would totally recommend this accommodation. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed at during our trip. The staff treated us very well, and I’d especially like to highlight the attention we received from Jacob — very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The accommodation also offered us laundry and food services. From the accommodation itself, we booked a three-day trek to Rinjani. In our case, we felt very well taken care of by the entire team that accompanied us on the trek (guides and porters), especially Aman. Finally, I’d like to point out that the trek is not for everyone — you need to be in good physical condition and mentally prepared, as there are some challenging moments. However, the views are stunning. I recommend getting well informed before booking it.

We did the 3-day / 2-night trek to Mount Rinjani and Jakub was incredibly helpful from start to finish! He gave us great advice on what to pack, lent us the gear we were missing, and was always attentive and available to answer our questions. On top of that, he's super friendly and funny, which made the whole process even more enjoyable. The trek with Rinjani Trekking was very well organized: amazing guides, incredibly strong porters (who even cooked us proper meals in the middle of the mountains), and everything ran smoothly. We were lucky to join an amazing group, which made the experience even more special. And yes, the trek is really hard, especially the second day with some serious hiking... but it was so worth it. We absolutely loved the challenge and the breathtaking views. Highly recommend and huge thanks again ! 🙌

An amazing value for the money. The room is spacious and clean. There is a nice view of the garden from the room. The staff was helpful. The homestay is located a minute walk from restaurants and the entrance to waterfalls.

Absolute highlight of our trip, the hosts (especially Jacob) couldn't have been more helpful or kind and generous! our room was spacious and clean, set in their beautiful garden. Perfect location for Rinjani trekking and the waterfalls, plenty of food places close by and they sorted everything we could possibly want! We were invited for a beautiful meal with their family on our first night and after our trek up to the Rinjani crater. They gave information on everything we needed and provided extra equipment for the trek that we didn't have with us already. Took us on a personalised guide to the waterfalls and shared their homemade rice wine too which was delicious! Jacob is hilarious and made our stay so comfortable and homely. Thank you!!

Great stay at Tiu Kelep. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We received a very warm welcome from the owners and Yakub. We came to climb Mount Rinjani and booked the tour directly with them for a great price and excellent service. The breakfast was good. The homestay is well-located, right next to restaurants and waterfalls. We highly recommend it 100%!

Very comfortable bed and dark rooms, welcome change from other home stays. Very clean room, no AC but it was fine without. Rented a scooter from one of the guys ‘friends’ for 100k which was nice, also they provided transfer back to Bangsal for a good price. Very, very close to the waterfalls
