Small bathrooms and non central location

We had a great stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything felt very cozy and comfortable. They even organized for us the Ijen tour and kindly lent us jackets for the trip. Unfortunately, we had to leave a night earlier than planned due to a change in our itinerary, but we really would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

This is by far the best place we stayed at in Indonesia. It’s super clean, the position is perfect and the staff is awesome!! Titan organised the tour to Ijen for us at a great price and it was the best. She also brought us breakfast at the table outside our room every morning!! Even when we came back from the trip to Ijen at 9am, so past breakfast time, we were surprised by a delicious fried rice at our door!! Truly an amazing service, will recommend to everyone!! Titan also helped us organize the transport from Banyuwangy to Cemoro Lawang. Perfect experience, thank you so much!!

The room was without AC which we were aware of, so it was a bit hot but nothing too bad.

It’s basic but has everything you need. The Host (Titan and her parents) are extremely helpful and kind. They would make sure everything is convenient for you.

The family who run this guesthouse are very friendly and helpful! I arrived at Banyuwangi bus station and the owner of the guesthouse picked me up from there free of charge. As the volcano Ijen, the purpose of my visit, was unfortunately closed at short notice due to an earthquake, the guesthouse lent me a bicycle in perfect condition free of charge. This allowed me to explore the surrounding area. The daughter of the guesthouse speaks fluent English. She gave me excellent advice for my next stop, the Bromo volcano! She booked the necessary train ticket to Probolinggo for me online and also gave me tips on where to stay overnight! The father also drove me to the railway station in Banyuwangi the next morning free of charge. The room was very clean and cosy. I can highly recommend this guesthouse!

Welcoming, clean even if basic. So good value for money

A little further from the ferry pier than we had hoped for but that s because the city is very stretched. So nothing special was disliked

Everything. Every member of the family was so generous and helping. They came to pick us up at 5am, let us early check-in, and gave us a lot of nice attention. They organized our Ijen Volcano trip amazingly good. The breakfast was really nice. They also organized our transfer to Bali and brung us to the bus station for a cheap price. The room was pretty dark, but in this case, it was perfect as we needed to sleep during the day, and it was really quiet.

The daughter of the owner is really helpful, they also organized the Ijen tour which was brilliant. location is perfect for meals etc.

We arrived late after doing the Bromo tour and a long train trip, looking forward to having a shower etc.. We got a free pick up at the station which was great. The room was ok, the bathroom was a wet room with a shower head and tube over the toilet, no hot water and strangely no sink, not even in the bedroom. I went to talk with the owner to ask about hot water and somewhere to shave and he said that there was no hot water and that he never said there was on booking (also never said there wasn't!) and I could shave in the sink of the shared kitchen. Then asked if I wanted to cancel the booking..

The place were near to the center, distance walk, the place is quiete, the owners were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good

The property was located near warungs, atm, and a supermarket. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful :). We really enjoyed our time at Titans Greenhouse and I will highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banyuwangi

No coffee or tea with breakfast, 2 grab drivers could not find it (maybe needs updating on google maps)
