It is really pretty, love the location, the staffs are friendly

My friend and I stayed at Tika for 3 nights and had a great stay. The service was incredible—the staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any request. The location is ideal if you’re looking for something quieter while still being very close to the main road. The hotel is still under construction - for us it wasn’t an issue since we spent our days out, leaving early and returning after sunset. However, if you’re planning to spend time relaxing by the pool, the construction noise can be quite distracting.

The room was overall great, though it’s worth noting that the bathroom had no window, which made it feel a bit humid (we stayed in the bottom floor).

Great location, 5mns away from the city center (walking distance). The room was very cute, clean and comfortable. The Pool was clean too and really cool to jump into after a long day at the beach. But what really made my stay anazing was the staff. They were super kind and helpful always ready to find solutions for you, even in emergency situations. Thank you for everything team ! Had lunch, snacks and breakfast at restaurant which was good but small preference for lunch options than breakfast

Hotel is under renovation, but no disturbance on the rooms. Rooms are ok. Hotel located 3 mins from main road in a quiet area.

you can literally hear anything that happen in the room beside yours, luckily we were on a corner. Not lucky as they had problems with water pump so we had to wait for a shower.

New and clean rooms. Pool is great. Staff is amazing and always eager to help.

Restaurant is good but overpriced (and then you still get hit with the extra service charge and tax on top)

The staff was very kind and attentive

They should take into account that customers are on holiday and might not want to get up early. The staff would wake us up every morning talking loudly next to our door. We also missed some more options for breakfast at the restaurant and, for some reason, there was a mini-garden in the bathroom which was a mosquito's magnet

We had an amazing stay! Despite being close to the town center, it’s wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The room was cozy and spotless, and the staff were the kindest we’ve ever met. We’ll definitely be back 100%!

The staff was incredibly kind and reactive for all our requests. You can directly rent the motorbike with them. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, such a bless after surf. Thanks again to the staff.

They were finishing the spa construction while we were here, but it’s going to be over at the end of summer 2025.

We had the most incredible stay at this villa in Lombok – truly a slice of paradise! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the warm hospitality of the staff. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the private pool and open living space – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every little detail was thoughtfully done, and it really felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal – quiet and serene, yet close enough to local restaurants, beaches, and attractions. We felt completely safe and well looked after throughout our entire stay.

mold in the bathroom, sink was blocked, the drain was semi-open, felt like we were living in a container, with very poor final touches

The hotel is within walking distance from the Main Street, with restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. I would recommend fish bone restaurant. The first night we also had a decent meal - laksa - at the hotel. Staff is friendly and kept us updated via WhatsApp. There is also a co working space for those travelling while working.

Our room was ready three days before our arrival and still had a few things that weren’t quite ready yet (e.g TV, light on the mirror in the bathroom). The whole hotel is under construction and renovation so a lot of workers around and a bit of noise and mud, so not so comfortable to hang out at the pool. Luckily we stayed only 2 nights.

Beautiful property with extremely high quality finishes and amenities - rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained and service was top notch, staff knew me by name. Outstanding value for what it offered.

The internet wasn't amazing throughout our stay but you have a cowork space in the property that you can use free of charge!

We booked the hotel because it featured a nice swimming pool, which we desired as it was situated away from the beach. Unfortunately, the pool was out of use throughout our stay as it was under maintenance.

Major construction work was ongoing during our stay, and the hotel refused to provide any refund despite this not being communicated. The pool was also out of use. Not worth the money.

Location was great, facilities were nice! Staff were the best part they were so friendly and super accomodating!

Property was loud due to renovations from 8am-8pm we were warned about this so was okay. The mosque does prayers over the speaker which can be heard from in your room. I do think this could be an issue most places in Kuta.

Beautiful room, spotless and very comfortable. Great for the price. There was building going on during my stay which was noisy, but I'm sure that will be lovely as well

The place was great. Only one thing.... the hotel was having renovations at the time and they dint mentioned anything. However, everything was great and no complains.
