Super great stay, the owner upgrade our stay with AC rooms and help us to enjoy body massage. The breakfast was also delightful. The place is calm and close to the Village and the beach. Very good choice

The wifi is weak. Actually it is not far the beach or the main road, but it is not an asphalt roaod, stone broken road. The semi outdoor bathroom gives another experience but it require a lot of work to maintain. The stone floor was slippery and you can encounter bugs, small spider and they surely need to cut the plants regularly.

They have a spacious garden where we can relax and chill. You can find a sunset and sunrise point on top of the hill next to the accomodation. The staff is very friendly and always ready to cater your needs.

Stay in Permuteran Tiara Homestay exceeded our expectations. The owner was always there to help us with visits and recomendations. She even invited us to local ceremony which was unforgetable experience for us. Room had everything we needed and was clean. Food in Warung is delicous. Location is great - close to 2 main beaches and in calm, local zone. Thank you 💚

As we went diving in Pemuteran, more hooks in the room as well as on the Terrasse would have been great. And maybe a second pillow per person on the bed as the pillows were small. But that’s doesn’t take away anything from the the lovely Homestay that it is.

Lovely Homestay from lovely people. We felt at home and had a wonderful time. Would stay there again. The Terrasse and room where spacious, comfortable and clean. We booked our airport pick up trough them as well as the drive to our next location. And we booked a day trip as well, everything was perfect.

Perfect base to explore the north 3 wonderful snorchel sites - one direct at beach basically for free the luxury adventure to the island. Traffic is calm so also extended excursions are possible. Bungalow clean and quiet with own terasse space. Delicious breakfast and caring host, she organized a scooter for good prize, also tour options available. We really enjoyed this place

Tiara Homestay is the perfect place to relax and recharge. You're surrounded by nature in a beautiful garden. The bungalows have a comfortable size and boast a well-designed semi-open shower. Gede is very friendly and a great host, she helped me book tours and the transport to my next destination. The location is not directly in the busy center, but everything (beach, sunset spots and restaurants) is in a walkable distance.

Main miss imho: Water refill fountain with cold/hot water. nearly everywhere, better comfort, cheaper and less plastic waste. even better with few cups/coffee/tea in self-service.

Double room, fan (ceiling, not very strong), mosquito net, private bathroom, half-roof-opened shower, cold water, soap, toilet paper and toilet gun, towel, wifi in room and breakfast area, nice garden. Restaurant currently only serving breakfast (Rp 30,000). Good explanation on activities on arrival. Some equipment a bit old/used but all functional.

The garden is sooo beautiful. Also for a nice private villa with a beautiful outdoor shower and ac for this price, I have not a single bad thing to say. The location is so peaceful and beautiful and there is a sunrise point just a short walk out the door. Main road is minutes away but you wouldn’t know it because the place is so quiet and peaceful.

Very chilled setting with the garden and the sun sheltered places to dine. Even the Cockerell crowing wasn't so audible. I was quite sick here and was bed ridden for over 2 days, let me say just how helpful and kind the staff were - I don't know what I would have done without them!! Their help was much appreciated.

I was welcomed from the very first second of arrival. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and kind. They even helped me a lot when I was sick for one week. The place is perfectly located, in a quiet and peaceful area near the beach & restaurants. I loved working online in the garden.

The gardien is a heaven, with a mountain view. You can take the breakfast here it's wonderful. The ladies of the homestay are so nice, thanks for their welcoming ! Bed is really comfortable and the room is really clean ! I loved my stay here. You can have a good street food gado gado 1 min out of the homestay.
