Because the house was close to the street, there was noise early in the morning.

The location was very good. Many places were within walking distance. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The size of my room was good.

The apartment itself smells moldy and there is mold on the walls, common problem in Ubud. I had to ask for different sheets because the ones i was given originally were stained. But changed withouth problem and new ones were spotless. There’s a gap under the door so sometimes some little animals like lizards can get in.

The host was super nice, location is excellent few minutes from monkey forest and yoga barn, central but quiet in a family home. Very nice terrace.

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot of traffic and roosters in the morning. The showerhead was broken so the water went everywhere but on you.

I really liked the location. The room is big and has a great balcony.

- There's no parking lot, and nobody informed us that parking isn't allowed in front of the house. Our bike got a flat tire by the police in the morning when we check out 😐 - There was no water upon arrival, and we couldn't even request a glass of hot water. The house is in a compound with a family living there, but the owner isn't present. The rest of the family doesn't seem to care about the guests.

The value for money is for the room. It's clean, although some parts of the walls have torn up but still ok. The room includes an AC and a balcony. The owner who comes when we check in is nice.

There is no breakfast here but a lot of cafes nearby. No shampoo and bath wash, only one towel - just to know. Everything was good.

The location is middle of Ubud centre. If you want to feel Balinese culture and Balinese home style closely, you do book without doubt. The guy who is responsible for homestay, is so kind and helpful.The room was so clean and light and the balcony was so huge.

Dogs intermittently barking every night between 1am and 5am. The dog at house starts the music and the neighbours dog usually joins in. Impossible to get a good sleep.

it was a little noisy because of the convenience of being on a popular road. but this didn’t bother me. just some cars or bikes driving.

great sense of Bali culture staying here with multiple families and a temple in the compound. it is so conveniently located—you can easily walk to several sites and book tours, get lots of different foods. etc. The family will arrange drivers for sightseeing or transportation. I really liked my two drivers so much! good prices.

The bed was creaky when you move around on it, but only a minor issue. A bar of soap is provided for the sink but no toiletries are provided for the shower, but this is reasonable given the price that we paid. Check-in time is actually 2pm, not 12:30pm as listed on Booking.com, so plan your travel accordingly.

Great location in a nice courtyard off the main road, far enough back that it is peaceful and quiet. 10 minute walk to the Monkey Forest and several cafes and restaurants. Spacious bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Large bed. Good shower water pressure and hot water. We arrived before check-in time and we were able to leave our bags at the property while we went out exploring the area. Price was very good value for money.
