We just spent five days at Theanna villas and enjoyed every minute of it. The villa itself was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay in Canggu and the private plunge pool was a bonus. The location is excellent being just off the main road, and you could not hear the traffic and chaos of Canggu itself from the Villa complex. The staff were very friendly and incredibly attentive. The restaurant was exceptional. We had a fabulous breakfast every single day and had dinner at the restaurant several times - which served excellent food at a very reasonable price. The staff in the restaurant were just lovely and helped make our stay truly delightful. If we visit this area, we would definitely stay here again

The property was absolutely gorgeous, super clean and 5 star facilities. We had a villa with private pool which was gorgeous, the staff clean the room daily and provide fresh towels every day which was great. The restaurant was amazing and the shared pool was fab

The staff were super friendly and provided great service. I was there on my birthday and they surprised me with a sweet gesture! The villa was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The scheduled mosquito control service was nice. Breakfast was great, especially the mie goreng! we had it every day🙂The location is perfect with many nice restaurants nearby.

The staff are so lovely and everything about the accom was very luxurious and relaxing! The restaurant staff are so friendly at breakfast and the spa facilities were lovely, my partner says it was the best massage he’s had in a very long time! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

The TV screen is very reflective (looks like a mirror) and the output is unclear. The spa area for the foot soak is in an open area and not conducive. The spa also doesn’t offer a warm drink after the massage session.

The only thing we didn't love is that we did book a message at their facilities and it was okay! Hard because there are so many options and places to go for a massage in Bali in Canggu but definitely felt that it could have been a bit better.

We loved this villa! and wish we had stayed longer. The room itself is a really generous size in comparison to some other places we stayed at during our trip, and it was so comfortable and spacious. The bathroom as well, and the outdoor shower bathtub! Not to mention having a private pool for yourself was wonderful and relaxing! We really enjoyed spending time in the day beds and in our own pool and spaces. As well as the shared space pool which was bigger. The staff are also super helpful, they would come every night to spray and put things to help repel mosquitos, as well as doing a full resort spray thing when we were there. We never got bitten by any mosquitos, these people really went above and beyond! Would definitely book again!

Loved everything about this villa! It felt really cosy as there was wooden architecture and the bed outside by the pool was supper supper nice!! Also the shuttle provided was so useful as I could easily get around and beat of all it was free!! The pool is tremendous and so is the on site restaurant. The villa really really feels luxury!! A amazing experience and defo a place to book if you would like a relaxing villa in Bali!!

Our stay was incredible from start to finish. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they were so happy to help us with anything we needed. We were upgraded to an incredible villa and at the end of our stay, with our flight leaving late at night we were offered a room to shower in before our flight, hours after our checkout time. Amazing service and the location in Changgu was great. We walked to the beaches and several restaurants within the area - we were spoilt for choice!!

We had an amazing stay! The welcome was incredibly warm and friendly, and the room was beyond our expectations — spacious, beautifully decorated, with a private pool, a bathtub, and a super comfortable bed. Every evening, someone came by to spray and prepare the room against mosquitoes, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. On our last day, we unfortunately got sick, and they went above and beyond to find us a room at a reduced rate so we could rest before our flight — something we were truly grateful for. The on-site restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and great service. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and caring environment. 🫶🏻

From the moment we arrived at Theanna Villa and Spa, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The warm hospitality and seamless check-in set the tone, with clear information, a thoughtful tour of our villa, and helpful tips about amenities and mosquito precautions. Communication was a breeze via WhatsApp – so easy and responsive. The staff have been absolutely lovely, respectful, and always ready to help. One of the most touching aspects of our stay was how they interacted with our baby – constantly offering to hold her, play with her, and give us time to relax and enjoy our meals. The restaurant team in particular were amazing – especially Putri, who absolutely adored our little Rae-Rae and made our daily breakfast trips and pool time truly exceptional. It felt like we were part of a big, welcoming family. Our villa was perfect – private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We loved the seamless transition from the shower to the pool, the calming water feature, and the outdoor courtyard that added an extra touch of serenity. Housekeeping was on point every day, and the nightly turndown service was such a thoughtful, luxurious touch. My wife also had a spa experience – a massage and body scrub – and said it was serene, delightful, and deeply relaxing. She felt so well rested and loved the warmth and professionalism of the spa staff. The shuttle service was a total lifesaver, and again, the team was friendly and super accommodating. The food? Delicious – high quality, great variety, and well-priced. The main pool and restaurant areas were also incredible and beautifully maintained. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I tend to notice the finer details – and I can honestly say this has been my best stay anywhere in the world. Such a lovely stay. It’s easily accessible to bustling Canggu but it’s tucked away and so peaceful and quiet. The villas were stunning and the staff was exceptional. I would definitely recommend staying here. I can’t wait to come back!
