We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and ready to help. They cleaned the rooms every day too and really thoroughly. The gardens are beautiful and we thought the restaurant served good food. Its very close to the beach, which is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are a little worn, but clean and charming. Overall my family loved our stay.

Right next door to the mosque with call to prayer at 3:30am (very loud). One of the staff in the restaurant forgot my food order and tried to charge me extra for beers.

There is a glass table in the room that is bit to big for the purpose and obstructs the path from front to back of the room. I have hit it hard with my leg when going to bathroom. Corners are smoothen up so i didn't cut myself, but have a bruise. Place is adjacent to road and restaurant is on the opposite side. It's not a big deal as it's a quiet road, but point worth keeping in mind.

I walked around the town visited few placed and picked this one. It is local architecture kind of room, with private small porch each. Decoration are quite nice I liked the shower room with small skylights Staff very trendily Central courtyard is lovely Location very convenient, 100m to beach front and 50m from supermarket Btw. Local Supermarket allows cash withdrawal and charges only 2.2% which is 3-4 times less than ATMs .

Unfortunately, staff barely speak English so you better fortify yourself with patience when explaining things and ordering food. When it comes to food options, there is one restaurant right in front of the hotel with some great local&western meals but apart from that, very limited options are here so if you're staying for more than 4 days, you'll run out of options pretty quickly.

This place is awesome for anyone who wants to relax, rest and literally do nothing because there is pretty much nothing you can do apart from resting on the beach. Since there are not many tourists, the beach was almost empty and very romantic. The hotel is 2 minutes from the beach so the location is perfect and there is also a supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient.

Staff were friendly. We did struggle a bit with communication as not everyone understands English. However, everyone has been very helpful.

Lovely outside area. Rooms were tidy. close to the main beach. We were booked for 3 nights but cut our trip short as we happened to be the only tourists around at that time, hence why it felt a bit awkward and lonely. there’s a couple of warungs around.

The rooms were very nice, there is a plesant common space perfect for chilling out. Very close to the beach, the staff was extreamly helpfull. No problems with airport pick up and drop off. Would recomend 🥰

Was placed in a small group of 'villas' across the road in a narrow driveway. Wasn't expecting that setting given the pictures in the ad. The main section looked charming and exotic - my area looked nothing like that.

The Rooms very super clean, the location is perfect. The Bathrooms could be a little bit in better shape but do their job. Additionally, the Wisma offers super good breakfast and dinner. We also really liked the garden, which is so beautifully designed. I cannot recommend it enough and would come back again! Also Pulau Merah is a picturesque beach and perfect for surfing!

The breakfast was fine, the location is 2 minutes from the beach, Red Island is a small location anyway. Limited places to eat, although the restaurant that is part of the hotel was good.

The first room we were given did not match the description of the room we booked. However, the staff were helpful and did move us. Unfortunately our subsequent room also had issues. Showers were poor with barely functional air-conditioning, and the kettle did not work. We booked a driver through this property who was an hour late and we almost missed our train. Overall we feel you are likely to be able to find better value for money elsewhere.

The restaurant around which this property is laid out is a lovely spot. Some of the staff were fantastic and very helpful.
