Not much to do around the hotel itself and the bikes you could only have for half an hour which I understand but wasn't long enough for you to go anywhere.

Breakfast was amazing, literally something for everyone, most comprehensive buffet I have ever seen. Omelettes cooked to order and delivered to your table were delicious as were the pancakes bacon, juices, fresh fruit and bakery items. The beach was beautiful and sandy, however when the tide went out your were left sitting in puddles of water no higher than your knees, a bit disappointing when you wanted to swim to cool down. The pool was too warm to offer any cooling down. The position on the beach every evening was just perfect for sundowners with a breeze. Room was great although there was an entire wing being renovated so noise can be heard most days on the beach, lots of pneumatic drills early August.

You will look long and hard to find something that beats this hotel. The attention to detail is exceptional. The staff are absolutely fantastic. The rooms are stunning, relaxing, modern and interactive. The pool and beach stunning. Breakfast was the best I’ve had across the world & I’ve travelled near and far! Ten minutes walk and you are at Bali Collection, shops and restaurants. NUSA was delicious and definitely worth a visit. Nusa Dua was great after venturing around Bali .. 10/10

Staff were amazing nothing was to much, service with a smile, staff always help to ensure we had an amazing experience. The experience in the Westin was incredible and that was down to the staff working on Reception, Housekeeping, Ikan Restaurant, Breakfast Restaurant, Pool Bar staff. WE will be back next year

The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide selection of high-quality dishes to suit all preferences. The staff were not only friendly and caring but also highly professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. A standout feature was the availability of a 24-hour doctor on-site, ensuring peace of mind for guests in case of emergencies. The fitness and spa club was exceptional, fully equipped with modern facilities. Additionally, the kids' club was extremely efficient, offering a variety of engaging and well-planned activities for children. For those interested in fitness recovery, there was an additional gym with a rejuvenating ice bath located conveniently by the beach. The hotel’s design was both aesthetically pleasing and safe, providing a secure and comfortable environment for all guests. swimming pool and all facilities well designed for family and also kids. there is a yuga class for kids and adults in the welness area. beautiful room view and beach front , good resturants with variety of choices an special thanks to Ms,Shelly Audi the westin experince manager who made a wonderfull time for my daghter while she was sick.

The position of the hotel along the beach is perfect. Walking distance to Bali Collection. Pools fantastic. Hotel is beautiful and very majestic. Not too over crowded.

Nothing really to not like. There were some renovations being done but these didn’t hinder our stay at all.

The Westin was a wonderful hotel with great chilled out vibes, plenty of activities for families and a great pool with lots of loungers. The beach is a stone throw with wonderful bed style lounges and cabanas that can be booked in reception. Loved the beach gym too! We really loved the restaurants on offer, lots of choice and particularly loved the new Indian restaurant Ganesha Elite - the food was next level and the staff were amazing. This is a must if you stay at the Westin. We also had photographs taken with Dream Studio who are housed in the hotel and they captured our Bali holiday perfectly. Such a great memory! The room we had was also incredibly comfortable - the bed, beautiful outside terrace which we sat on in an evening. Also, spacious bathroom and cleanliness was second to none. But it is the staff that really stand out here. They are so kind, friendly and will do anything for you to ensure your stay in amazing. We had such lovely experiences with all staff from the check in, breakfast, housekeeping, pool team to the bar and restaurant staff and also door and concierge team.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are tired and even around the swimming pool needs updating. Shame to have building work ongoing without being informed when booking.

We had a few meals here at ikhan and the pool restaurant , I think called ocean breeze, the food options from ocean breeze were more than ikhan ( we are not big fish eaters) however flavor lacked in all the dishes. Some were too strong in the wrong places others bland.

It’s a very nice property, right on the beach. The ocean and beach was very clean , however if you like waves and want a “fun” ocean, then this is not it. It’s very calm with gentle waves.

There was construction going on and that was not disclosed, the teens club was closed and that was the reason we booked the hotel. Quite disappointing, and the maintenance of the pools was lacking, needs a refresher for sure.
