Use an embarrassing amount of plastic bottles offered to the clients. They should think of having water refill tanks instead. The structure set itself as a high-end one, but several services resulted missing to me. I requested if i could store 1 piece of luggage during some days to be spent away. It took them 2 days to reply to such a regular enquiry.. Noone answering any of the phones provided. The answer was yes, at a cost of 50k IDR per day. I wanted to then cancel the reservation and have it waived. 3 days in advance, and they remained super rigid on this, notwithstanding the clear lack of communication on their side. No service/menu to the poll during the entire afternoon. Overall this is a beautiful structure i simply think that for the level of high end and price they set themselves to, they could put in a little more effort and sought after service.

The private beach was fabulous, room clean, location quiet, easy to walk to cafes restaurants, casual feel, old school bali with a lot less development. Pool beautiful. I was concerned due to negative reviews but dont listen to them unless your super super fussy... it was sooo fine for me!! Loved my time here

No readily available transport if you wanna go places. But good thing is, villa has a driver you can book.

Perfect getaway from hustle and bustle of the city. Friendly staff, that they even allowed me an early check in. Massage is so good you can fall asleep!

Is nice place , but a bit old and need new matrases and management, deep cleaning and a bit of renovation. The staff is nice, but management is not. so unfortunately food is not really good, some rules was without seance .. we came for nyepi , but than aminities are closed. Not seanse.

Only few staffs can inform us to reach leisure places or recommend good restaurants near hotel. And only 2 cars can park in the hotel.

The beach front is beautiful and relaxing to swim in the morning. There are some comfortable chairs and sitting points to beach view. We also can play bilyard.

Place is a little run down, we did get an electrical shock when turning off some of the lights. Daughter was in room above us and it was very loud for us in room below.

I love the hotel-area. Close to this beautiful white, soft beach. Lovley pools. Quiet. A lot of animals. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Didn’t check out the area around.

Although the food was good, the breakfast and fruit juice options were insufficient.the options were very few. The roads at night are a bit worrying to go to other restaurants or markets around. The roads are dark and there are barking dogs.

A very nice, quiet place to relax. peaceful. It has a beautiful beach. You can hear the sound of the ocean from your room. The ideal temperature to enter the pool. If you want to dine in the evening, the food is delicious.

I liked that the villas are next to the sea and we have a private beach. It was ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Nice pools. There is a billard table.

Breakfast was very poor. We spent 4 nights in this hotel and it was the last days of our 2 weeks trip and we expected a nice and relaxed time. We relaxed, but there is no small city near where you can walk. It is good that we had rented motorbikes.

One nice thing was that we had a room with a sea view, also for that we paid :) If we were taken other rooms in the yard it wouldn't be good. Also a personal prepared a gift for our honeymoon, it was amazing.
