Can be a bit noisey if other villa occupants want to party until 5am Lots of cats on the property which come into your villas trying to get food etc

Location didn't suit us. It really needs to be updated. Bathroom needed a makeover. Lots of Mozzies inside all the time even after repellent. Restaurant could have been closer to villa.

The property as a whole need maintenance , while entering from main road , the front portion of the building looks dilapidated. the reception area and the walk way leading to the villas need maintenance, the cleanness on the walk way is poor. the tiles are broken , flooring has cracks .certain portion of walls are cracked and not painted . certain doors on the pathway looks broken and not in use . broken and replaced materials are kept on the walkway . When i entered the property i was in a double mind as the pathway and entry looked disappointing. But once i entered the private villa and living space we decided to stay

The private pool villa was good , well maintained , the shower area and bathrooms were also nice . the room is small to accommodate 3 PAX could have been slightly bigger

The property was dirty, housing keeping didn’t put new sheets just redid the same ones we had on. We booked a spa room and the spa wasn’t working in the room. When we spoke to management regarding this we didn’t get a proper answer back.

The water in the shower room is too small... I can't really have shower there... We used the bath tub instead. The staff came to check and fix, but doesn't help much. But I'm still appreciate that!

It's almost a perfect stay! The room is spacious, there's a bath tub. The shower and toilet is separated. The pool and the swing are so good. The bed is comfortable!

At night you have sounds from geckos they are bit annoying but they are everywhere in bali

Staff was super helpful. Helped book tickets for nusa penida also rented the scooter from staff. Room service was very nice.

Entrance scared me out a bit, which look like abandoned building on busy street but apartments are further away and it’s very nice from the inside. I know that private pool is costly but it could be a bit cheaper in my opinion.

Place very close to airport and close to the beach by scooter. It was nice to jump into the pool after long day and relax in front of the house.

The looks like it used to be a top of the range hotel around 20yrs ago but has not been forgotten. Even our driver was surprised that chose that place. Breakfast included was average, did not show as advertised on the pictures when selecting our meal which was a downer as it look yummy in the pictures. Shower was poor and only sprinkled out of the shower head, but once again I feel that in its hay day the hotel at its full glory would have been great to attend.

We only stayed one night... Staff allowed us to go to our room early, free of charge. This suited us because we got dropped off early and did not want to cart our bags around all day until check in time. Location was excellent which is why we chose it, right in Kuta so we could shop. Good price for its location. Had our own private pool which was great after a hot day walking around the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and settled.

Hard bed and pillows

Lavender Villa & Spa was a great place to relax. The staff were fantastic, the pool was peefect for cooling down in after walking around the streets of Kuta and Legian. The bed and pillows were a little harder than we are used to. The massages were amazing.

Pool right outside our doorstep. Kids loved the pool and the fact that it wasn’t too deep for them. Comfortable and huge space.

The room was a little outdated, with older furniture and some things that didn’t work like the jets in the bath and the tv wasn’t great, only YouTube would work and the connection would come and go (I think due to a faulty chord), and the doors wouldn’t fully close which let mosquitoes in - however, as mentioned above the netting and spray helped a lot.

The villa was beautiful! the pool was a good size and well kept, the room had great air con, the bed was nice and cozy, bug spray and netting around the bed helped keep mosquitoes out, and the bathroom was great! the spa bath was nice and deep so easy to share :)
